You mean by editing the freelookeffect column in the appearance.2da ? If so then you can only add the HK-47 or T3 freelookeffect's to other npc's, due to the fact that i can't find anything related to editing the filter itself. Yeah that's what I me...  [Read More]

He is right since you can't edit the first person vison mode. I think they were implying that it was part of your mod. There is a way to edit it though, I think it's a .2da column....  [Read More]

Literally erase (eraser tool) parts of it at like 60% opacity or something. Play with the opacity a bit to see how it looks and how much you want to show through....  [Read More]

Blue and transparent, maybe a noise filter as well :) Edit: Take a look at one of the HOLO_*something* textures in ktool and try to replicate it....  [Read More]

What kind of mods? I'm positive that there are no new models put into either game... the only "new" types of armor mods either replace models with other models that exist in-game or merge two existing models together....  [Read More]
