if you are placing the .bsp in a pk3 make sure you are placing it in every time and that it actually replaces the old verssion. Also.. make sure, if there are two verssions of the map, that you are typing in the correct map name when you devmap....  [Read More]

If the texure isn't in a pk3 you will need to type /sv_pure 0 (MP) or sv_pure 0 (SP) before loading your map in order to see the textures.. Also.. make sure the texture's resolution is any combination of the following. 2x2 4x4 8x8 16x16 32x32 64x6...  [Read More]
