I've noticed and the more recent versions of KT that the copy paste has had some difficulties and you have to do a work around. However I should ask though what type of error are you receiving. Can you post a screenshot of the error....  [Read More]

Ahh, nothing beats A Tach Corp. Gun Model. The way they fit so elegantly into the users hands, the craftsmanship and detail that go into every model. It makes you feel like your ready to take on the worst of the worst Sith Lords without a single worr...  [Read More]
Yes i tried DK. However, as stated above I seemed to skip the mdlops renaming, which I am doing now. Ill let you know how it turns out. I was in the middle of writing my post between yours and OF's last 2 or 3 posts....  [Read More]
Make DKDarthBaneG model, set new texture (D_baneAG and D_baneHG) for this model and write "DKDarthBaneG" in modelg and modelh columns. Now should work. Leave texture fields as they are with **** Before we send him down this path OF. Don ha...  [Read More]
Ok what are the names of your model files and your texture files? Also what does Sion's appearance.2da entry look like for comparison. In the meantime in the UTI set the Body Variation and Texture Variation to 1. Then give it a try in game....  [Read More]
One question Don. Are you adjusting the Body variations field for your new Sion to match with the Armor or are you adjusting his main racial appearance entry. Actually If you have a screenshot of your appearance.2da file I might be able to help you...  [Read More]

The tutorial was flawless period. I used the Twilek as an example case. The reason I chose an example case of an alien was multi-fold, 1 at the time people were wanting selectable twilek and devaronian heads, 2 those types of heads required a little...  [Read More]
LOL! Well I've gotten a uti/2da/tga package that did that So that's why my concern. - It made a head in the character selection screen to choose - but then later on you would run into yourself becasue he had reskinned the asian male and then later...  [Read More]
Sorry man I'm supernoob I know, but I think I follow you with the texture renaming, but will whatever head you choose to edit (an NPC) be running around in the game with you when all is said and done? ie: I make an Anakin Skywalker head, will an Anak...  [Read More]
I used twilek as the example and I stated that it will work for any of the heads. As to where retexturing comes in all you are doing is editing the tga file in a paint program and throwing it in overide. So since my tutorial tells you to rename the f...  [Read More]

Each of the files types are basically binary encoded. The ASCII portions are derived from the string references stored in the file formats data field. The only format that could truly be considered pure ASCII would be the decompiled models so that th...  [Read More]

This is for Kotor II. I worked on it and got the heads to come out however they were two different heads. double check your appearance.2da entries. You likely miss numbered one of them this is why you got two different heads. This can also happen if...  [Read More]

Can I make a remark? In one of your previous posts (th large one), you showed how the journal file must look like. The PLanetID is 1, though then the quest would only be on Dxun. I thought -1 was what must be filled in. If what I say is wrong, please...  [Read More]

The Ondisturb doesn't work (it was an NPC, no creature, so the field where I put my script was OnDisturbed and not OnInvDisturbed). I'll try the Heartbeat script now. Edit: Hmm, the Heartbeat doesn't work either. There's a lot to do for this one, a...  [Read More]
