You need to use nwmax in order to import/export the models and as nwmax is only made for 3dsmax and gmax your out of luck. You should be able to dl a trial version of 3dsmax though....  [Read More]

I would be amazed if they did, considering the model format for the xbox is different from the pc version. though I've heard of a few of the PC models working on xbox, but none from USM....  [Read More]

Open the folder where mdlops is and double click the file replacer tutorial.txt. that will tell you everthing you need to know. This the only way to get the blades to work as they should....  [Read More]

You don't need to extract the animations. mdlops replacer function replaces the hilt only. From what I'm reading in your post is that your making the mistake of using the model compiler and not the replacer....  [Read More]

With NWmax .8 the sanity check weld to nearest verts is checked, so what you need to do is open the sanity check rollout and uncheck weld to nearest verts. or uninstall .8 and reinstall .7 For KotOR modding it doesn't make a difference....  [Read More]

No one has successfully edited or built a new head model and compiled it with mdlops and kept the animations intact. Though if you want the hair extension thingys you could make them a mask. Edit:btw dothe animations work normally on the head thats...  [Read More]

Don't worry about the blade less game hilts. When using the replacer function you won't be replacing the blades, only the hilt. YOu can however change the orientation of the helper but thats it. IF you really need the blades then just use a model tha...  [Read More]
