first sorry if this is in the wrong area. i dowloaded the file that gives Bao-dur chatged armor but i dont know how to put it into the game it didnt come with any instructions and is in a file i cant access.

But to answer your question, you have to put the files you downloaded into your SWKotOR 2/Override directory. If you don't have a folder called 'Override', you should make one.
