You need to get off before then... if you got onto the mine cart in the red radiation chamber, you should notice a hole in the rock as you ride the cart, jump to it....  [Read More]

Hmm, I think that you may be missing is a door that comes off the base of one of the sets of stairs you came up. After releasing the prisoners, go back down the stairs and help them out....  [Read More]
