I got a blue card and i'm supposed to use it on the main array. Whenever I try I get 'it's off-line'. I see a switch above me but how do I get to it?
You have to get all 3 cards first, green, red and blue
How do I get the other 2 cards? The other rooms have locked doors.
I don't remember exactly. You have to wonder around, flip every switch, go up/down elevators etc to find all 3 key cards.

The main thing you're missing is the switch by the map that shows the layout of the base. This is the same room that had the blue code. Look at the map and notice that there are 3 color-coded areas in the base, red, green and blue. If you use the switches that are there, you can unlock the doors to the other two sections of the base. One of those sections leads to the switch above you that you saw.
