Wouldn't that be sweet? There are functions that are supposed to do that like SpeakString etc. However, it seems that Bioware in their infinite wisdom disabled all of those functions when they distributed the game. NWN has the functions available e...  [Read More]

I can't be of much help with Photoshop -- maybe Prime, svцsh, or Suchan271 could help you there. You're talking about the saber hilt right? As for the second question -- it should be possible to inject an epilogue into the story line. Much of the g...  [Read More]

Let's see that sounds like a .2da file -- how about skills.2da. And looking at that file I think the answer is in the columns that are named "xxx_class" where xxx is the 3 character designation for each character profession. The values in t...  [Read More]

The 2DA files are compressed (into v2.b format) in SW:KotOR but there are utilities that will uncompress them (into v2.0 format). In uncompressed format, you *can* edit them in notepad and they will work when placed into the Override folder. The to...  [Read More]

Hmm, still nothing at 8bit, 22khz,mono. The other difference is that I'm using a name that doesn't start nmblahblah. I'm sure the .wav file is located in the right directory: Streamwaves/mg/t7 and that the dialog file has t7 as the VO_ID and the righ...  [Read More]

Does the .wav file have to be a certain format? I'm trying 16bit stereo 44100 but I can't make it work. I've tried placing the .wav in the Override folder, in the Streamwaves folder (with no VO_ID in the dialog). And in a subfolder in the Streamwave...  [Read More]
