is there a way to make any skill a class skill and if so how

There are only 8 skills in the game and everybody has them (at different ranks).
What do you mean by class skills?

class skill meaning that they only take one skill point to level up.

I mean like security is a class skill for the sconderal like that

Let's see that sounds like a .2da file -- how about skills.2da. And looking at that file I think the answer is in the columns that are named "xxx_class" where xxx is the 3 character designation for each character profession. The values in that column are either 0 or 1. It looks like 1=class skill and 0=non-class skill. So you can set these how you like then save the skills.2da file into override folder. I don't have the game in front of me at the moment so that's my best guess. (Oh, you'll do that editing with KotOR Tool, in case you're wondering [BIFs->2da.bif->skills.2da]).

I think the **** are just for some unused columns and for "order of skill point recommendation" for auto-leveling up.
