If the game DOES have a ragdoll system, will the guy just go limp like in UT2K3, or will there be an animation followed by ragdoll like in Unreal 2? Is there any chance that there will be periodic official releases of new maps/models etc.? Esp. Sing...  [Read More]

Team play would be awesome, but I would really prefer if it made sense, unlike (for example) TFC for half life (That game really wasn't meant to make sense). I think that if you had missions like in Rainbow Six, that would be cool, but unlimited resp...  [Read More]

I'm likin' that idea! having a dedicated buddy would add a new level to the game, just as long as he could take care of himself; I wouldn't want to have to babysit some mission critical bot the whole game....  [Read More]

I'm not sure how old the Solo kids would be at that point (cause I'm too lazy-ass to look it up) but it might be cool to see them, if it fit with the timeline....  [Read More]

I would like to see the introduction of new characters in the academy. Fellow padawans who would become characters of some importance during the game. Fresh characters would be cooler than just having an aging Luke or practically ancient Kyle come wi...  [Read More]

Thats a very good point. The cantina books were a great way to add to the complexity of the universe. I admit, the Vong isn't really such an original creation, but they do have some qualities that would be interesting to see in a game, particularly t...  [Read More]

I read "Darth Maul: Shadow Hunter". It's not a very exiting read but it gives good insight into the whole Sith image. I just don't think an all darkside game would work for PC. Maybe for X-Box, though....  [Read More]

Amazon! Are you crazy! I stopped trusting the games industry long ago to tell me what kind of game it really is. Anyway, JK is not an FPS for me, I really don't even play the shooting levels the same as I would play, say Unreal 2. As far as I'm conce...  [Read More]

Nah! The action wasn't the main part of splinter cell (for me). I found the sneakin and the lookin under the doors to be the main idea of that game. But it doesn't matter....  [Read More]

Yeah, I know. Sorry. I think that the new saber styles should have more defense, but should have more specialized offense. For example, your combos should leave you move vulnerable if you miss, or the twin sabers would be better against one enemy an...  [Read More]

That's another thing! BEFORE THE EMPIRE. Vader wiped out all but one jedi, so I can't understand where all the new padawans are coming from, I mean sure, some of them, like the dude in "Truce at Bakura" had force powers but weren't jedi, bu...  [Read More]

In thoeory, I concur. In practise, though, it would likely be a huge pain in the rear to lose all your force because you hit the wrong key. I'm more interested to know how Vader got his saber back after he tossed it in RoJ. If it took longer to come...  [Read More]

Yea, I guess so. Nevertheless, I think that there should be some factor that makes saber throw more rare. It only happens once in the movies and rarely in the books. For me, it just takes away from the elegance of the weapon. Plus, it doesn't slo-mo...  [Read More]
The game COULD be intelligent enough, though, with some real work done on the subject. Just because it hasn't BEEN done doesn't mean it wouldn't work. Anyway, I think that non-linear gameplay is important as a goal for the future of games. In fact, a...  [Read More]

AND ANOTHER THING... the levels should not have to cater to all of the different force combinations directly. They should have several paths. Eg. If you can't jump the fence, you'll have to go kill some thug for the key, which, although tougher to do...  [Read More]

IMO, the player shouldn't have "direct" direct control over the force path they take, eg. no points. Their skills should improve through use. Example: If they don't use mind trick level one, because it "sucks" then they won't get...  [Read More]

-1- "Darkness" is lacking from the SW of today. Look at episode 2, it's just a good times adventure 90% of the time (maybe the poor acting during "emotional" parts added to this). -2- Atmosphere is most important. It has to be &qu...  [Read More]

Again, to go off topic (sorry): What race is Desann anyway? Is he a barabel? If so, where's his tail? Dismemberment: Come to think of it, the JO way of doing it was actually pretty accurate, I think. Sometimes they would lose a hand, etc. but if the...  [Read More]

That skeleton dealy is a good inclusion. Tatooine was WAY more important than say, Hoth or Bespin. Totooine was like Nar Shadaa, a hub for lawless bandits and smugglers. It wasn't poor either, Jabba was in command of that whole planet, the Imps just...  [Read More]
