Very impressive. I recall a few people a while ago saying poof couldn't be done, but it looks like you're doing it. Awsome job! Btw, his robe does look to be in need of a few folds (see: plo koon model)....  [Read More]

Wow, that looks amazingly good. My only beef is the feet(the things he walks on) look a little odd. I think you could make them closer to sebulba's actual feet without any skeletal incompatibilities. Right now they seem too rounded and unatural, like...  [Read More]

Yeah, the model would look soooo much better if you enlarged the head by about 40% and made the torso a little fuller. The arms(the things he's standing on) could also be more accurate, and right now all the limbs look a little too...stick-like. Try...  [Read More]

Despite the somewhat lacking layout of the carbonfreeze beta, I always thought the deformability of the outside walkways made ffa sniper fights all the more fun. I hope you plan on incorporating more in your next release. Awsome work :)...  [Read More]

I'd almost prefer a more generic jedi model than an obi-wan. It makes the model so much more flexible and useful. Toonces has also recently taken over Tex's work on his episode 1 obi-wan, so considering Toonces overall work ethic when it comes to mod...  [Read More]

Wow...a noticable improvement. I think the only thing that still looks off is the jaw. If I remember right it should be a bit more square and jagged below the ear. But you may not have gotten to that part, considering that he doesn't have an outer ea...  [Read More]

I'm just waiting for a fixed shader from toonces (red jerec has a hole in his head). Other than that, I need to do the bot file and come up with a blue skin if I don't hear from bleek. Not sure what the progress on the sound pack is tho.......  [Read More]

Well, my email to bleek was just returned, so I guess it's safe to say we'll be needing someone else to skin a blue Jerec. I'd rather not just recolor mine, but I know we're pressed for time. So as a little compromise, if someone just wants to skin a...  [Read More]

I've emailed him about it. Hopefully he'll be able to finish it, and if necessary I can just send him my clothing texture files and he can modify them as he sees fit for his design. This week is going to be VERY hectic for me, so I'll do what I can t...  [Read More]

Oh yeah, I completely forgot I was going to rip some sounds from the jk1 cutscenes...hmm, good thing you brought that up. I think all of the sounds(except for taunts) are coming from the jerec model from jk1. I'll try to get as many good taunts toget...  [Read More]

Thanks to Toonces for the perdy shaders. Jerec default is now totally done. http://www.geocities.com/inbredyokel2000/ingamej.txt I'm also almost finished with red Jerec (just have to get some alphas in order). I'll probably ship them off to Madjai to...  [Read More]

The actual skin of Jerec has been complete for a while, but I've been waiting for a few mesh issues to be resolved so I could show the skin with shaders. The shaders still aren't ready, but I decided to show what I've got anyway, since this thread ha...  [Read More]

Looking very nice bleek. I like what you did with the strap on the back of his head. Only thing I can suggest is to soften the lines a bit and add some slight shading behind the temples and cheeks to make him look a little thinner....  [Read More]

A little update... I've had a lot of spare time the last couple of days(and I'll have even more tomorrow), so I'm about 80% done with the default skin. I'm guessing I'll be finished tomorrow, which brings up the question of team skins. I was original...  [Read More]
