Purple is Sams favorite colour ;) plus he wanted a way to point himself out readily, for teh distance shots, to know exactly where he was.
yeah that blue blade did come out of nowhere, mabye it was one luke modified while he was holding it for kyle. Mabye to repress memories or something like that. But good point, in my opnion Mara should have the purple, and kyle should have stuck with the yellow blade.:p
I've finished the skin. Just gotta find the time to rig her up and test her in-game. As for the saber colour, I'm going with a purple blade as it's the colour on the MOTS cover.

Her saber hilt is actually based on the pre-rendered saber model in the MOTS game. It will be released with Mara.
I'll propably start testing her in-game next week.

I would have to agree with the fact that it doesn't look too star wars-ish. Belly button piercings are a trendy thing right now, and Star Wars always seemed to be above that kind of thing(for the most part).

No, all it did was to "date" it. And the thing Star Wars is known for is not really being associated with any time or trend. With the bellybutton ring, it could not accomplish the "timelessness" that we all so enjoy.

Ya it was in color. I am gonna put up some mara jade sounds from MOTS on my site and see if you guys like any and if Edd wants to use any of them.

OK here are the sounds from the site. it is 1.40mb, it has sounds that range from taunts to gasping for air. I got rid of 3/4 of the sounds but there may be others that need to be deleted. Remember I am just doing this for fun and this has no affilation to this model.
