Interesting. A mandalorian becoming a Jedi. That is a new one and sounds good. When you wrote Welcome to the Jedi it reminded me of something in KOTOR where Uthar says welcome to the darkside. It gives a mystery behind it, something that makes me wan...  [Read More]
they will be the enemy...all hail the true sith I see, a supporter of the dark side. Still I will back you up on that they may be the enemy and I stick by my previous response that the True Sith will have some role to play. If it was mentioned in TS...  [Read More]

I guess most people do want a longer gameplay. I'll lump myself with that group mainly because I just like playing KOTOR alot. For the first few days, it took me forever to work out all the puzzles. If KOTOR 3 has extended gameplay and is that intens...  [Read More]

Yes, some of the dialog options were too black and white. If I recall there was one inbetween answer in KOTOR on Kashyyk with the Star Map but it was called a voided answer. I would choose that option any day. Still conflict does make one stronger bu...  [Read More]

Prime, you and MachineCult got me on that one. What I meant was that while romance is part of it, I don't want it to be a big deal. I guess I'm thinking more along the lines of KOTOR 1. I believe Rob said something along similar lines.:)...  [Read More]

Are you talking to me? If so, don't get me wrong, I just think that in a game like KOTOR there are more important things - I don't want it to be a "top priority" like the thread starter said. Yeah I was. Don't get me wrong I'm not saying...  [Read More]

I guess so. My confusion would be as to whether it would work or not. If you turn you would eventually have to kill the one who turned you before they kill you. and if you don't turn then you would have to kill them anyway or find a way at redemption...  [Read More]
Yoda may be dyslexic but you don't have to rant and scream about it. There is no emotion, there is peace. If I had a choice as to an alien species I want tagging along with me it would be a Yoda like character and I've often wondered about a Togorian...  [Read More]

That is what the lightsaber forms are for. Rob suggested something about making each form more distinctive when in use. Those have added bonuses increasing chances of a hit or deflecting blaster shots. Of course it still depends on your saves stats....  [Read More]

So Hai Wan would you stand with the idea that armour with a cloak is an option to see? Personally this whole discussion has me depressed over the technically and the rules of RPG. Still I say stick with what we got in TSL just try not to make it such...  [Read More]

The Sand People weren't that bad at last most of the time it was like a war cry or something. If the natives were a peaceful type I would their language to be a bit more flowing almost I guess a poetic feel to it. Musical that's what I was getting at...  [Read More]

For laughs: Heck maybe we might get a glimpse of Kamino! As long as the natives don't sound like the Selkath. For some reason the sounds of their language irritated me so much that if I had it my way I would have bypassed the planet completely. Mayb...  [Read More]

Thanks for bursting the bubble!:p To elaborate I was thinking a place similar to Cloud City, kind of peaceful like Manaan with a certain type of etiquete. It doesn't have to be on Bespin maybe another gas ball of a planet....  [Read More]

A giant gas ball with a floating city, I love it. Maybe it could explode like Preagus and the new PC could get blamed for it much like the exile. Cloud City would probably be like Manaan, a bit more peaceful. I'm not sure about the violence but that...  [Read More]

I think that Jolee or Vandar's (maybe both) ghost should find you and tell you of Revan and the exile's mission to destroy th True Sith. Then, they help you find the hidden Jedi Academy on Ossus (could be another planet) so you can be trained by the...  [Read More]

I see so demeanor will affect the outcome. I like it! That would be cool for those players who are just bad to the bone; they like playing the darkside. It would make the PC seem more Sith like, or Jedi like. So basically it's taking TSL to more extr...  [Read More]

And what smell is that Rob, a mynock or a bantha? :) As to the turning back on the evil ways, in KOTOR it seemed to me that the choice was made as you progressed. Somehow I really didn't like the fact that there was a choice at the end with no turni...  [Read More]

So you believe in certain inalienable rights and the whole concept of divine right is nonsense. To that I agree. I believe the Jedi were blinded by their role in the Republic but also by their arrogance which allowed the Sith to take over and create...  [Read More]

Sorry about that. To get back on track, the Jedi are people who can wield the Force, so do the Sith. It all comes to how you use your power. Any takers? @Revan Skywalker: send me a Private Message about training....  [Read More]

You have a point there. In fact Jolee himself said that he follows the Jedi way and commands the Force but he said the Jedi left him. On the other hand you got Kreia telling the Exile "Your stance, your walk tells me you are a Jedi." So wha...  [Read More]
