The sniping in MotS is really nonsensical if you think about it. Adding a scope to the stormtrooper rifle magically makes it ultra-accurate and more powerful? I really like the disruptor in JO, on the other hand. I guess having a sniper...  [Read More]

Has anyone else noticed that the Force Jump in JK is like Luke's jump from the carbon freezing pit in ESB, while the Force Jump in JO is like Obi-Wan's jump during Duel of the Fates in TPM? I guess in both cases they were trying to make it like the m...  [Read More]

Hackers? LOL! Multiple people in this thread have complained about hackers in JO. Guess what, for all intents and purposes there are none! (This is quite a change from JK, when hacks were rampant.) If you think someone is hacking he's probably just m...  [Read More]

I found the AT-ST in JO to be a bit boring. The second time I played through the game I just went on foot in that section. It would be great if JA could have some exciting, fast-moving vehicles that could be used both in SP and MP (only available on...  [Read More]

I agree with a lot of what has been said in this thread. I hope Raven takes into consideration the needs of the competitive/gunning players when they make this game. As far as weapons go, most of them are good already. I especially like the disrupto...  [Read More]

Cool interview and screenshots. However, I'm a bit leery of the fact that guns were not mentioned anywhere in the interview. I'm sure they'll still be in the game, but I hope they're not given short shrift by the developers....  [Read More]

Personally I like auto-blocking and think it is true to the Star Wars universe. However, the auto-blocking in JO goes way too far. If you shoot someone who is facing perpendicular to your shoot there's a good chance it will get blocked. Occasionally...  [Read More]

2. Implement different character classes than just jedi. The whole issue of Jedi shooting rocket launchers is completely contradictory to the Star Wars universe, and it made those who liked stepping into the shoes of a "pure saberist" jedi...  [Read More]

Yeah, except the E-11 in JO is UNBELIEVABLY INACCURATE. In DF it's pretty good for taking out enemies at medium range. In JO it seems like if you're shooting in rapid-fire mode at a target more than about ten meters away then a large majority of your...  [Read More]

What? No, don't get rid of the charge-up on the Bryar. Considering the vastly improved enemy A.I. and the vastly more inaccurate stormtrooper rifle in JO, taking away the ability to charge up Bryar shots would make things very difficult before you ge...  [Read More]
