Darn it. I've written something a while back that could fit prefectly into this topic, but it was already posted in the CEC and is thus inelligible for the contest. Well, if I have the time (with my two exams coming up) and a good idea, I'll submit s...  [Read More]

Well, my first thought is to insert some kind of Hyperdrive failure. Perhaps a core overload, or some kind of containment/stabilizer failure. Hope this helps a bit and if it doesn't I hope someone else might have a better idea....  [Read More]

Very nice, Bee. A good take on why Revan disappeared before the events of KoTOR 2. I especially liked the letter, it showed so much emotion and even the rambling pars made perfect sense. :)...  [Read More]

A good effort, but needs polishing. Bee and Tysy have already addressed everything that needs to be addressed on the technical side, so I won't repeat them. I do have to say that I liked that you chose Vader for your protagonist and put the story in...  [Read More]

Definitely an interesting piece. Great work with the art as well. The only thing that slightly diminished my overall impression were some grammar/spelling errors. Good work....  [Read More]

Thanks for the comments. Tysy, to answer your dilemma about why Kreia picked Grissom and how she used his Force talent - simply read the final paragraph again, the beginning of the first sentence should clear things up for you, "What awoke the n...  [Read More]

Insomnia Day 262 - "Just Another Day at Work" Grissom Pane sat behind his desk pondering his next big sales pitch. It’s something he would often do when faced with a tight deadline. He’d sit down in his top floor office, behi...  [Read More]

Great story, but as others have said there's room for editing and polishing. I liked that the center of attention here were the assassins and not Jedi/Sith types of groups, I'm pretty sure I heard the name "Hapes Consortium" somewhere and t...  [Read More]

I'm not sure what to say about this fic. While it's definitely good, it somehow feels incomplete. Maybe the fault lies within my own understanding of this month's topic, but I expected some kind of revelation near the end and now I'm left with only g...  [Read More]
This makes me wonder if this fic was posted here by mistake, when it should have gone to the CEC, or perhaps the author didn't know that he needed to contact the mods in order to submit a multiple-post entry. Hmmmm......  [Read More]

Posted mine yesterday, but still I have to thank Tysy for the deadline extension. Since there was no rush (and not to mention that I was out of town and out of internet during the last six days) I could do some slow editing and improve my entry. Just...  [Read More]

Well, first of all congratulations to all of you and I'm sorry that I didn't have enough time to check out your entries this time, but with the exams and all I'm sure you'll let it slide just this once. :) As for Tysy's suggested topics, I know I do...  [Read More]

I agree with you on Generals. I don't even consider that one to be a C&C game. However, they did a pretty good job with Tiberium Wars and got the series very close to what it was, when it comes to gameplay. I hope Red Alert 3 will only get better...  [Read More]

Yes, it is the end of the chapter, but since the next chapter also has quests in Vizima and the swamp, you shouldn't worry if you forgot to finish some of the other quests before that fight. You'll still be able to finish them later....  [Read More]
