I have seen no evidence of cheating yet in this game, so I think people are just paranoid (well, more likely just sore losers). Is it so amazing that somebody can seem to be "good" through practice? The game hasn't been out yet, but I've b...  [Read More]

Type killer? Lol. Too funny. I've had people say "I wasn't ready!" or "I was out of ammo!" but they never kept on, like it should be a rule or something. They just sucked it up and continued playing or left in frustration (I gues...  [Read More]

So far in the 6 days I've played this game I've had at least two people accuse me of using a "Speed Hack." And one other person wondered if my server allowed "hacker." I'm not sure if such individuals are confused by the default...  [Read More]
Yeah, in some ways the bare bones features of this game reminds me a lot of the early days of JK1. Loading up a server and waiting for what seems like forever for people to show up (meanwhile gathering weapons and planning traps and jump patterns)....  [Read More]
Originally posted by Oidar other thank TKing in a spawn area or blatantly on purpose I can't see alot of lamers in a game like this. I tried to tell people that Saber Off = Peace, but they wouldn't listen! I've been lamed hundreds of times this wa...  [Read More]
I know that many of us are hoping for a patch for the game soon. Obviously some of us have different ideas. This isn't by any means an "official" thread (in that, there is no guarentee that anyone concerned with making such hypothetical pa...  [Read More]

They do visit and post on occasion (though few have posted since the release of Asteroids Mod with JA). I'm sure if they see sufficient profit in creating a new Jedi Knight game they'll make one....  [Read More]

I think it would be a bad idea to modify the existing levels and release them (as anything but a way to learn how to map, but that shouldn't be necessary because this is just the Ut2k4 engine). Rather if turrets are going to be added (which I think...  [Read More]

Originally posted by Sir Smokes Alot I think the MP is under rated. The maps that came with the game are well not that good. But once we get some cutom maps things should be much better. I like the fast pace and tactic feel of it. The weapons take s...  [Read More]

As a single player game, so far it's shaping up to be great. However as a Multiplayer game, its just an average shooter. It doesn't even come close to the deep gameplay and options of the JK series. I am speaking exclusively of the PC game here. Hav...  [Read More]

Honestly, I could care less if people decide to use cd cracks. In fact, they can actually be helpful to some people. The trouble is, they are not made or supported by LucasArts or the development team of the game. Thus they can cause problems, espec...  [Read More]

Fine, you won't be banned for this, so what did you want us to do for you again? Try as we might, using any third party "cd crack" is simply not supported, by us or by LucasArts. If you were really interested, you'd have to contact the per...  [Read More]

Ok, I'll give Phirestorm 24 hours to prove to me that he owns the game (sending in scan of reciept, proof of purchase, game cd, picture of him holding the real game, etc). If he fails to satisfy me in 24 hours from now, he can consider himself banned...  [Read More]

On the PC, in Deathmatch the host of the game can only be a Trooper, he can't seem to be a Trandoshan. However other joining players can be Trandoshans. I don't know if the Xbox is like this, but considering console games are rarely patched, you migh...  [Read More]

Google search that exact phrase and you'll see it's a common problem with many games. I forget the exact solution, but if you see it for some Unreal engine games, it's probably a similar fix....  [Read More]
