Exactly, 1 soda can each day translates in 15 extra pounds at the end of the year. Not to mention that the average soda contains 9 table spoons of sugar. o_O Add to this if you abuse soda... meaning if you drink around 1 to 2 liters a day or more, so...  [Read More]
