But that still means that neutral players are seriously disadvantaged at force powers, which wouldn't be fair to those particular players. (You would pretty much be putting Jolee Bindo to shame, too). And it wouldn't make sense, either; it would be g...  [Read More]

I don't think so. It would be better if the AI racked up the attacks themselves, because it is not always good for a party member to use the same special attack all the time on everyone when you don't control them. The AI that is controlling them doe...  [Read More]

well, i think that having a charater use the default attack is more than adequate as the other feats such as Flurry and Critical Strike also have a couple of penalties that can be quite negative against certain opponents. in this case, i think that j...  [Read More]

Well, having played both KotOR and KotOR2 many times, I thought I may as well post some ideas I have for gameplay improvements if there is a KotOR3. Anyway, here goes. Attacks - Player should be able to chose default attack for all NPC party member...  [Read More]

I like the prequel idea, I actually came up with a similar idea a while back. I just tit would be fun to interact with Revan and Malak, and considering no-one from the series would have died, there's heaps of possiblities. Actually, just had a thoug...  [Read More]

Well in defence of the loot system on Dxun, they do say that those little beasties eat everything, so that is plausible. However, I really don't like the extent to which loot is random in KotOR2....  [Read More]

I completely agree, I detested the random item placement in KotOR2. KotOR does use the same system, only to a much, much smaller extent. The main problem I see with the KotOR2 system is getting more than one 'unique' item. For example, in two differ...  [Read More]

...that's what I thought I had to do, but it just doesn't work. The only time it has ever worked is when I put health regen up to 10.5, but then when I tried it again nothing happened. Anyway, v1.1 has now been released, with changes to force powers...  [Read More]

Hi folks. Just posted this mod as pcgamemods.com, which also has another mod of mine, which changed the special lightsabre colours. Having bought and played both KotOR and KotOR2, I came to the same conclusion as Obsidian - the Jedi Sentinal needed...  [Read More]

Tantilles - the idea behind my comparison was to use aircraft from the same country to the differences between spacecraft of the same organisation, mainly for simplicity sake. As for the Y-wing, I think the Hurricane is a good example because, like t...  [Read More]

Jan - sure the tech tree is supposed to stop at ANH, and yet we get Mon Cal Frigates and A-wings that were only seen in RotJ, just like the B-wing, so I don't see how that can explain the B-wing not being in the game....  [Read More]

Another indication that EaW will be half-baked, as I have predicted. The tech line and whatnot should never have stopped at ANH, but regardless, we are getting some absolutely awful ship designs plus a lot of EU stuff, yet an instantly recognisable...  [Read More]

Whoops. I completely forgot about that, good thing my question was (sort of) answered though. One thing though strikes me as odd. From previous reports I've seen, we're told that units go from one battle to the next, so you need to take care of them...  [Read More]

Juggernaut - then they aren't Naval units are they? They're just Land units that can go over water, which funnily enough I already pointed out. Eagle - aside from the Bongo, those are all PEU (Pure EU). As for replacing ships with aircraft in the mo...  [Read More]

I say definately stick with the [IHawk[/I]. What I would like to see though are ship improvements that you can buy at some point. If things work like in KotOR with the random chance of being intercepted by Sith fighters, you could have upgrades for...  [Read More]
