Yes, you need to load the mdl file in gmax, after passing it through mdlops to convert the binary file to ascii file. In gmax if you don't want to fix the bone stuff and animations you could just select the vetices of the head and shrink them down....  [Read More]

To export the model you need select the Aurora base, that big square under the model and in the rollout in the right chose a different folder from your original files, otherwise it will overwrite them, and then press the export geometry button....  [Read More]

When I open a .nss file and try to compile Kotor Tools asks where I want to save it. So I think before compiling you should save your script somewhere and when you compile it will asks, or save it in the same folder of your script....  [Read More]
