Hey, I've asked this on the community banter forum, but no one reads that, so I'll post it again here. Does anyone know what the new url is that you go to to add headlines to the main mojo page re: your hosted site. It used to be mixnmojo.com/update,...  [Read More]

Sorry. I had a strong reaction to the "no memory" and "Guybrush is LeChuck" stuff. When I re-read it, I realized that most of it fit your description of "changed slightly." But I still don't see what the value of Guybrus...  [Read More]

That's deviating slightly to make the story more accessible?! First, tell us that you're joking. Second, throw away your Fight Club DVD -- you've absorbed more of it than your sanity can bear....  [Read More]

Ah, we go all the way from Schindler's List to Kung Pow in one short thread. Anyway, I saw Jaws the other day in one of my film classes and Spielberg himself made an appearance and answered questions from the class for about an hour and 45 minutes be...  [Read More]

I've been unable to update the actors archive. When I try to upload new files I get an error message saying that my log/pass is incorrect (obviously, they ARE correct, otherwise I wouldn't be wasting everyone's time with this post). Could one of the...  [Read More]

Well, I also put my support behind TLJ, and "Sanitarium" is a pretty decent game as well - I don't think anyone has mentioned that one yet....  [Read More]

This is slightly off-topic, but this talk about the potential for a Full Throttle 2 combined with the fact that I just learned of Kathleen "Madame Xima" Freeman's death from cancer has got me thinking about Roy Conrad. Most of us know that...  [Read More]

The only RPGs I ever really got into were Chronotrigger, FF7, and Mario RPG. Of those, I really enjoyed Chronotrigger and, for what it was, Mario RPG. I got really sick of the gameplay in FF7 but I kept playing it almost until the end because I liked...  [Read More]

Hmm. I think I've played all of LEC's adventure games except Indy Atlantis. Not sure how I missed that one. I guess there's no point in buying it now; games from that era don't really work with Windows 98. Off the top of my head, I've also played Hit...  [Read More]

Originally posted by Gabez I just read loads of reviews before buying games, so I rarely find myself playing a real stinker. Yeah, the lesson I learned from Starship Titanic was to never trust game reviewers from major syndicated newspapers -- the...  [Read More]

Starship Titanic was really bad. I don't remember that much about the puzzles but the communication system didn't work at all. After a few minutes of the characters squawking "You wot, you wot, you wot?!" and "Are you from the planet G...  [Read More]

Is it possible for the webmasters of Mojo's hosted sites to start uploading their stuff, or would that in some way cause enormous headaches for the High Mojo Voodoo Priests? On a related note, does anyone have a cast list for Rogue Leader?...  [Read More]

I don't think; I just take my money and buy my ticket :) . Seriously, it seems like GL has taken many of the criticisms of TPM to heart so it's quite possible that we'll see some noticeable improvement, IMO. Only time will tell, though....  [Read More]
