Because not everyone knows about every LucasArts site out there, and because people are intent on advertising the sites they work on anyway, why not make one thread where all the posts (or most of them) are simply saying who you are and what site you work on? This would be especially interesting if you have some site hidden off in the middle of nowhere that happens to have some good stuff on it (DanSky's site comes to mind).

I work on www.mixnmojo.com) and www.samandmax.net), both fairly known sites with nothing of merit whatsoever... so I'll shut up and let you all post. :band:

Okay, here I go:

I'm project leader of RoBOT (www.robot.mixnmojo.com) which is an adventure engine just like SCUMM, SCRAMM and whatever engines are out there.

I'm also having my own projects and you can find out about them at www.emptyhouse.cjb.net). One of my freeware game projects is Alpha Wing, a mix between adventure and space sim (just like Wing Commander, but then in top-down view).

I'm also working on an adventure game, but because time is sparse (work & school) I've decided to concentrate on Alpha Wing first before I continue.

That's about it :)

I'm the First Mate (meaning I'm Skyfox's ***** pretty much) at The Monkey Island SCUMM Bar - http://www.thescummbar.com). Most Monkey Island fans probably know the site, but in case you don't, it's probably the oldest existing MI site that's still running, and where you go to catch exclusives like Bill Tiller and Ron Gilbert interviews. </advertise>

I completely run premisesnj.f2s.com (http://www.premisesnj.f2s.com) for my friend's band, called "Premises". I also do a couple other sites that used to be on-line, but are now off until I feel like uplaoding them ;) . Thanks for checking them out!

I run The Grim Fandango Network (http://www.grimfandango2.com), and I help out at The Legend of Monkey Island (http://www.milegend.com). I also run a smaller Grim Fandango site, Bones of Life (http://bones.grimfandango2.com), which I inherited from Bone Man. I'd also like to plug The Sam and Max Network (http://www.samandmax.net), although I didn't do too much work on the main page there. Ooh, and I'm a lackey at Mixnmojo (http://www.mixnmojo.com), too. There, my ego is fed.

Two sites to mention here. First is LightStep Studios which i run; currently we're working on an RPG/Adventure game. Site and details up very soon so stay tuned!

Secondly, Adventure Developer (http://www.adventuredeveloper.com) which has been down along with mojo for the past few months. Good news is that it should be back very shortly, and hopefully almost up to date with everything that's been going on. New content is already being worked on, so expect AD back before you know it!

Hi everyone, I'm TunaMurray. My site is http://www.murraysweb.net) -which I actually have 3 sites off of- but I haven’t updated it in so long. It also seems I never finish anything on it :) I always get bored and move on to new things -so it’s more like a big storage bin for all my animations and stuff. Other than that off the web I love to fish on a boat called the Royal Polaris that goes down in the Pacific Mexican waters and plan to work for the worlds top sport fisherman to pay for college in less than a year.

Anyways, I "work" on Metallus's site Snuckey's (http://snuckeys.samandmax.net) where I supposedly write things. Also, I would be working on Jojo's MonkeyCenter (http://monkeycenter.escapemi.com), if it were up and going. And I really do work at LucasConsoles (http://www.lucasconsoles.com), writing features and hopefully reviews, if only gamestop.com would send me functional games that don't have more scratches than Beastie Boys songs!!! Damn you gamestop.com! *Proceeds to shake his fist*

With a View to Post ratio of 7:1, someone must be reading it...you and I did, anyway.

I have a site, but it's not lucasArts, so it's not appropraiate to advertise here, but I throw my support towards Dalixam's site (http://www.worldofmi.com/). As a casual surfer, it runs circles around the other "Monkey Island" Sites that I've seen on the net. Dalixam has put together a great site and Paco's artwork is not to be missed.

RaVen... first off I don't think we need advertising threads, it would be quite acceptable to use your sig for a link to your website (as mine does), regardless of weather or not it's MI/LEC-related. Secondly I'm quite proud of my current website...

I didn't start this thread and I certainly didn't mean to offend anyone. After surfing for a couple of months, worldofmi impressed me by the stories it offered, the download section, the inside joke section, the colors, the background illustrations...everything about it made it the best, in my opinion.

Normally, I have the signatures turned off, so I won't see any web advertisements that are couched in the siggy. However, for you, I turned them on so that I could follow your link.

It's nice. The most notable thing that's lacking is any mention of the last 2 games, but it's a great effort, something to be proud of. :). I'm sorry that I didn't see it earlier. Did you have it up 9-6 months ago?

In honour of its one-year anniversary, I'm plugging Yahtzee Takes On The World (http://yahtzee.keenspace.com), because it asked me to. It's a really great online comic, based in part on the Rob Blanc amateur adventure series, about, well, a guy trying to take over the world, and the people he works with. It's really funny, and British, and all. It's also drawn in MS paint (with PS touches added in later), but please don't let that put you off.
In case you haven't seen the first link, here (http://yahtzee.keenspace.com)'s) one.
So, just, do me a favour, and go there. Click the double 'rewind' arrows to go to the first strip, and just start reading. I guarantee you'll like it. Well, no, I don't, but I'm pretty sure you will.
Have I mentioned the URL is http://yahtzee.keenspace.com?)

I know you didn't start the thread, but I would have found no problem of seeing any member's personal websites which aren't LEC related. After all this is an advertising thread!

Of course it's lacking any mention of the last two games... I only LOVE the first two :). This current site has been up maybe two months now, and I'm quite happy with it!

And, yes the sigs can be annoying at times, which is why mine is a 1-liner.

Well in that case... great design Haxaty! I've just seen Ados' art-work... bloody brilliant! There are so many Monkey Island fan-sites, it's nice to see something really original. I've added MIAC to my favourites now, I think I'll visit it regually to see what's new in the art work part of the Monkey Island Community. Before this, I would've had to search on Google or on one of the main sites to find art-work, but now I can just look at the MIAC! A suggestion about the interviews... you could put a link up to The Scummbars Bill Tiller interview, and perhaps interview Paco or someone. I'm sure they'd answer a few questions, provided their not too brong ;). But anyway, thanks to whoever called WWH a "Very comprehensive adventure games site" Wooh!
