1. Mercatfat deserves it. There was the Ripburger/Hellbeard effort, which was brilliant (Don't be offended Hellbeard). Plus the new one is good too. 2. Huz, quite clearly. 3. Met & LucasTones. Met because of the rad-ministrating and the hair. L...  [Read More]

The conveyor belt is moving too fast due to your CPU; a problem which the patch did not fix. Your best bet is to download a program that will slow down your CPU (temporarily, of course). You can get a trial with CPU Killer (http://download.com.com/30...  [Read More]

This helped me. For the record, I'm on Win2000, Service Pack 3, 700 Athlon, nVidia TNT2. I removed DirectX 8.1 with the *.inf that came with this (http://www.ebrink.com/dxun/index.html) tool, and re-installed DirectX from the disc. It didn't agree...  [Read More]

Yes. Your best bet is to make an original, nicely presented website, upload it onto some freespace, and then, if it's a Monkey Island fansite, badger The Scumm Bar (http://www.scummbar.com). There are other, smaller websites that may host you too, li...  [Read More]

I only got to play it once, and then it was played in teeny segments over a long period of time :( - Still, it has its advantages - hopefully when I finally fire it up again, I won't remember the puzzles....  [Read More]

I must admit, I needed help in quite a few parts; which was at hand as I happened to know someone who had played the game. Even luckier, he was the not the annoying kind of bastard who tells you that Bruce Willis is really a ghost in the Sixth sense,...  [Read More]

I eventually snapped it up after I'd finished CMI and when I finally had a computer that could run it, which was a while after it came out. I didn't get to play the demo, but I knew that it would be great based on the fact that it's a LucasArts adv...  [Read More]

Yes, or, they could not. What would they update? It would just end up being a mirror to Mojo, theres nothing much happening with the site itself, or the game. ZeroXcape will no doubt snap up 'ReturnMI.com' when the new game is announced, and swing s...  [Read More]

Yeah, the Red Dwarf movie has been "in the making" for quite a while now. In fact, it was expected last year, supposed to be released Christmas 2002. However, I think that they're getting nowhere. The latest on the movie can be found here (...  [Read More]

No, Back and Forth was bad - Christmas Carol was okay though. The first incarnation of Blackadder was a completely different character to the others. Plus, lisping is just plain unfunny. 3 & 4 were the best....  [Read More]

Yeah, Chris Morris is great. The 'Brass Eye' DVD is planted firmly on my wish list. I love 'Have I Got News For You' - although Deayton shouldn't really have been sacked. The episode with Anne Robinson hosting was great. 'Buzzcocks' is also brillia...  [Read More]

I never really liked Monty Python. Some sketches were clever, but mostly it seemed god awful and overly stupid. Shows like Blackadder (Bar series 1) and Red Dwarf are shining examples of why British comedy rules, and the quality isn't dropping eithe...  [Read More]
