That's actually a pretty good idea. It would beat the heck out of editing every menus.str I have. Good thinking!...  [Read More]
I've gotten it to show up using a separate pk3 as mentioned above. The problem I had was that I also had a saber pack with menus.str in it. I removed that pack temporarily and the name for the new race showed up fine. I went back and edited the name...  [Read More]

Okay, this is getting strange. Using photoshop, I was able to get the custom clothes to where you could actually see the trim, not just white, but it wouldn't change colors. I gave what you suggested a shot. I used Fireworks to cut out the trim sect...  [Read More]

You're not alone there. I've used two different programs (Photoshop 7 and Macromedia Fireworks) and have the exact same problem. I also have a problem with the icons which, ironically, show nothing but the trim which does change color on the icon but...  [Read More]

It's pretty easy to do, actually. Just edit the staff's .sab file, either find or add the line 'singleBladeStyle', and set it to staff. The reason the Kensai staves do that is because the author put 'heavy' instead of 'strong'(red stance) on that lin...  [Read More]

The main reason I like the Kel Dor as a species is that they have a defined Achilles Heel. A character, good or evil, that can kick ass even with a weakness is just that much more badass in my opinion. On top of that, they're the only species in SW a...  [Read More]

Hey, Prime. Check out www.pcgamemods.com. There are a couple of new mods there that I think add new 'races' so to speak. You might be able to figure out how to do it by taking a look at the files. The most recent one is "stormtrooper race"....  [Read More]
