.. and that idea mixes very well with Star Wars "reality" (ahem) - that Padawans are given field missions with their masters at first, then by themselves as they progress towards becoming a Knight. The New Academy would have to force solo m...  [Read More]

Good points. I know that they say you will have some choice in where to go when, which makes sense. I also agree that they will need to carefully design the levels to 'dynamically' adjust to where a character chooses to take them on. I wonder if th...  [Read More]

The idea of being able to choose your own path sounds intriguing, as does the return of choosing your 'Force Power Path'. From a game design standpoint, I know (i.e. have read, and it makes sense) that it is harder to design games with no knowledge...  [Read More]

While I sympathize with you Walwi Makno, I think you are in the vast minority. Most people who do not have valid CD-Keys are pirating (borrowing, sharing, call it what you will ... ) I had something similar to you. I keep my 'working' CD's (mix of ga...  [Read More]

Keeping in mind I'm typing this on my 12" Powerbook G4 ... I agree with LEC not porting JK1/MotS for the Mac. Remember, that was back in 1997, when the Mac was flailing at best. Not that I wouldn't (even now) eat up a JK port for the Mac ... I...  [Read More]

I love Jedi Mind Trick in JKII, but would also love a new Persuasion form, where you become 'invisible' if you also walk. Also, I would like some way to choose a level of power that is applied, and if it is lower than my current rank, the force cost...  [Read More]

I will miss him, as he became the character version of me - I molded his behaviour and so on, especially in JKII. That said, I don't have any regret NOT playing him in Jedi Academy, and wouldn't mind if he was a NPC in JKIII if that ever gets made....  [Read More]
