The interview - GamesDomain, I think - mentioned the intention to have more NPC's to interact with. I, like so many others, think it really is essential. Raven - don't worry about slowing down the action for a while. Games like Deus Ex didn't suffer...  [Read More]

I would say that Christmas would be optimistic, unless we see something from LEC and Aspyr very soon ... even with the 'semi-concurrent' release of EFII, it will lag a bit on the Mac, and given that Raven seems to use every second up to release to wo...  [Read More]

Of course those of us with multi-button mice can program what we want ... the thing is to make use of the 2nd mouse button for a unique attack mode. As for Artifex's comments - very nice. I'm not a MP person, but I think your comments are useful and...  [Read More]

I'm of two minds on this ... (both regarding SP) On the one hand I like having easy access to saber throw, and it became much more useful in JKII. On the other hand, should it? Shouldn't it be for very occasional use, a utility toss? And wouldn't s...  [Read More]

So far as I can tell, JKII has been dying since ~March 29th of last year. I don't play much at all online, SP is my thing. However, I agree that the patch issues really hurt the community. Looking back, they should have tried a 'MP Test' like RtCW t...  [Read More]

Looking at the specs I'm assuming it is the Dell Inspiron 8100? I have the 8100 with the 32MB GeForce2GO card and it runs RtCW and MoH:AA very well - and they have slightly higher requirements than JK2. So ... I think you'll be more than fine....  [Read More]
