There is absolutely nothing in the Strategy Guide concerning the Cocytans' language. Since there seems to be no record of much effort going into making it, I'm forced to assume that the language is gibberish. But by no means let that stop you from t...  [Read More]

Does anyone know if it is possible to use the Amiga version datafiles of Monkey Island 1 with Windows ScummVM successfully? And if so, is the process similar to the one used to set up other games with ScummVM?...  [Read More]
I was playing around in debug mode for Loom CD, and I discovered some interesting stuff. Warp to Screen 01. There you'll find an alternate LucasArts logo. For those who wondered where the close-up character portraits from the EGA version went, they...  [Read More]

You guys might want to change how the Infrared Goggles work. It would be great if you could do it like in DF, with the screen turning green when you put them on. What would be a good effect would be to use something similar to the green with scanlin...  [Read More]

I don't usually go buying games twice for the demos. I may be a DF freak, but I have to save my money. Odd that it looks like FMV... The only other instance of that in the game I can think of is the appearance of Boba Fett just before Mission 6. I...  [Read More]

Landing gear should be added also. You don't get the chance to see it in DF, but it is seen once in JK. For those of us who haven't played JK, the following is a spoiler! In a cutscene, the Crow is visible resting on some landing gear in front of M...  [Read More]

Well, I've got all of the pictures from the guide that were seen on the Early Dig page scanned; all that remains to do is size and quality reduction. By the way, what size and format (.gif, .jpg, etc) would you prefer them in? Also, I'd like your a...  [Read More]

Room 48 is also missing. I'm not sure if it ever existed. But I think you may be right about room 22 being cut out, since I can also see the "hourglasses." My only guess is that they were cut out so that the game could fit cleanly onto a...  [Read More]

The Mac versions of Loom and Indy 3 use high-resolution fonts for the interface and other odd quirks that ScummVM can't handle. So you'll just have to play the PC versions, I'm afraid. PS - Does the interface of MI1 in this pack look like MI2?...  [Read More]

Yes, I know. Odd, isn't it? To Drigo: It's been far too long since I've played the Mac version. I really ought to get my old Macintosh out of mothballs one of these days . . . To khalek: Hmm. So ScummVM can't play the recorded sessions? I've notice...  [Read More]
