Interesting. NGE killed off crafting in Galaxies and since the arrival of WoW, nothing has come close to the original crafting in Galaxies. From my experiences in playing Galaxies - especially pre-cu, it's clear that there are people out there who e...  [Read More]

I rarely do the whole DLC thing anyway. I really have to be into a game before I can warrant it as it is, having said that if I feel the DLC for Force Unleashed is worth it I'll download it. But... I love the virtual console on the Wii...I rarely do...  [Read More]

Yeah the EU has tons of "dark Jedi" but I wouldn't consider any of them Sith. I guess Galen would fall in the dark Jedi category. Look at Dark Forces II: Jedi Knight, there are like what... 7 dark Jedi in that game, although I think had Jer...  [Read More]

I would rather have JK4. As would I. I wouldn't mind seeing a sequel to Force Unleashed, don't mind the idea of playing a chick as long as the story is solid....  [Read More]

Lightsabers don't cause blood, they seal the wound. Congratulations, you realized there's no dismemberment, doesn't mean the lightsabers fights suck, just the lightsaber itself. Well Ponda Baba's severed arm was all bloody after his unfortunate enc...  [Read More]

I experienced the 2nd generation onward, however I would have to say that the current generation is the best. Although I do get rather nostalgic for the old days every once in awhile, but still the current gaming scene is quite impressive. I have to...  [Read More]

No, it was just a personal wish of mine because Jerec was the best villain in the Dark Forces series and he's underrepresented in the EU. I think Jerec was still doing his work in the unknown regions as a Jedi archeologist by this time, I don't thi...  [Read More]

I have a 360 and a Wii, still up in the air about which version to get - but no MP just blows. I have been wanting another Star Wars MP game since the Jedi Knight days, but we'll just have to keep waiting I suppose....  [Read More]

It's no big surprise that it isn't being released for the PC though. Gamestop seems to have a lot of their floor space dedicated to console gaming these days, Best Buy seems to be doing the same. I don't like it any more than the next PC gamer, but i...  [Read More]

A longer single player campaign would be nice, and a bit more difficult to boot. BF2 was super easy even on the hardest difficulty. Will be interesting to see if they utilize the tech that the PS3 has brought forth, or that my uber gaming PC is. No...  [Read More]

I would like full customization on ground maps, and space maps if at all possible. Being able to pick the kind of mech units to use on a map would be pretty nice, also would like to see the space maps a bit larger to allow some nice space battles. Go...  [Read More]

One thing the Falcon didn't have installed were rear view mirrors. But I think Fett was able to calculate their trajectory - probably checked to see which inhabited systems where it would be likely they would end up. From what Han says, they were in...  [Read More]

I've always seen it as a sign of Palpatine's over confidence, he knew Vader would block the blow, so he really had no worries. Palpatine's plan was to have Luke kill Vader so he could have some young Sith blood (an added bonus of not having a life su...  [Read More]

Perhaps Mace should have waited for Yoda before confronting Palpatine. Although, Mace seems to think there isn't much time left - "We must act quickly if the Jedi order is to survive." Although Mace's confronting Sidious is exactly what set...  [Read More]

It was just a way to quickly get the duel between Mace and Sidious, I don't think Lucas wanted to pro-long things with 4 Jedi. It could've been handled better, maybe having Sidious a bit faster on the attack - feels like it is in slow motion at times...  [Read More]

Most Jedi were trained to fight against blaster weilding opponents however. Since there hadn't been a sith in many years the Jedi grew complacent, and because of that they suffered greatly, no to mention their arrogance. I'm sure they sparred with on...  [Read More]
