[Note: this article discusses the 2004 four disc boxed set, however it should be noted that the 2005 set was simply a re-release of the previous set with different packaging, and missing the fourth "bonus materials disc" of extras. A three...  [Read More]

As far as Lucas is concerned, Fett died in the Sarlacc, he's said so himself. However, he recognizes that Fett (a big surprise to him when he was making the OT) is so popular the fans wanted more stories with him in 'em, so he approved Fett's retur...  [Read More]

Just to let you know, you don't need a Killtracker to listen to music while you play the game... As far as tech support for the Killtracker, try the author of the program (does he have a website, forum, email?). That'd be easier.... Frankly I don'...  [Read More]

The protocol comes up if you're trying to join a server that isn't the same version as your game. If you have 1.01 then you can only join 1.01 games. But getting 1.01 is better anyway because it has fixes and shows you all the servers, rather than j...  [Read More]

Right. In the grand scheme of things the movies are the same. But the things that were changed (like the Greedo shooting first back in 1997), leave fans like me shaking their heads in bewilderment at what Lucas is thinking. It's like painting a m...  [Read More]

Overall, very nice. There is a lot of hype surrounding these dvd's, but take it with a grain of salt. Yes, the visual quality is amazing. The audio is pretty darn good (with a few glitches, as mentioned on various sites like digitalbits.com). The...  [Read More]

Well the thing is, while the 2004 DVD's may be "closer to his original vision" (as he claims), the real reason he's releasing Star Wars on DVD now IS to make loads of money. He said recently that he was planning to keep it off the format u...  [Read More]
