What does this mean? It means saber combat where I KNOW WHATS HAPPENING, I'am in charge of every swing movement and reflex, skillful fighting. Retain your weapons and your fast movement, but consider that. don't worry smood... at least i know what...  [Read More]

although the plot in deus ex had to be linear (but they did do a VERY good job of disguising it with little differences based on how you played (characters you saved appearing later etc...) and the dialogue reflecting your actions). The levels howev...  [Read More]

how does trigun compare to Neon Genesis Evangelion? Cos that is about the only anime series i have seen and i thought it was awesome? Does it have a decent plot and characterisations like NGE, or is it one of those anime deals that is just OTT sex an...  [Read More]

this may be totally wrong, but i remember hearing somewhere that they basically got a load of authors together and mapped out the very rough outline of the EU right at the start... then george approved it. From then on all the authors have pretty m...  [Read More]

well, sounds like a mix of good and bad news. Picking weapon loadouts sounds cool (glad i suggested it :D ) Dumping stealth is probaly a good thing since they can't be bothered to do it properly. More non-linear levels is good, dumping puzzles i...  [Read More]

i'd like a decent JK style force throw... maybe where you targeted a box and pressed the button, then targeted an enemy and released it... sending the box flying at them. Smashing up crates would provide more ammo. A decent force sight... allowin...  [Read More]

other npcs in military bases would add to the stealth element as well... you couldn't kill them (unless you wanted to decend to the dark side) so you will have to find other ways to stop them running off and sounding the alarm... (stun batton, avoida...  [Read More]

i realise they should be weak... but it did get a bit silly... run into a room of stormtroopers, use force pull and the watch them run around like fools with no weapons... im not saying they should turn down the powers, more that they should turn up...  [Read More]

it would be nice if they made it a section where there were several options to "kill" it. You could do it with your saber... but it should be hard, with only one or two vunerable points so you have to time and aim your attacks correctly....  [Read More]

what you need to do is make repeated blocking more difficult. Have either a minimum time between blocks that goes up with repeated blocks, or a percentage chance of blocking that goes down with repeated blocks. This would reset slowly over time when...  [Read More]

saber throw on the second mouse button did get a bit OTT didnt it? :D making the second button a counterattack/reversal button would be better than making a manual block. HOlding it would just attempt to block... but pressing it at the right time w...  [Read More]

the problem (from my very limited experience of JK2) was that the blocking animation was so short.... meaning you could block anything that flew at you. in JK (which wasn't perfect either) at least the blocking animation took a few frames, so if yo...  [Read More]

they got a bit repetetive in JK2, but i still think that the more enemies as we can get fron the movies the more it feels like "real starwars". in JA I'd like to see: snowtroopers. :snow: speeder troopers :speeder: royal guards. :guard: n...  [Read More]
