"She wasn't all bad, though. You'd have liked her if you knew her when she was a Jedi. Let's go back to sleep." Komad said, trying to end the conversation.

Greea sensed that Komad wanted to end the conversation. She could sense that this wasn't over but now wasn't the time to push. Alkйa would more likely do that. She replied, "I am sure that I would. Come, let us go to bed. Alkйa should be home by tomorrow don't you think?" She smiled at Komad.

We'll talk later brother Alkйa replied before settling down for another meditative sleep.

The Next Morning...
"You look tired, Komad." Hethra said to Komad as they walked to the maproom.
"Sorry, sir. I had a rough night." Komad replied.
"Still getting used to your regained freedom?" Hethra asked, but he knew it was more than that.
"No, bad dreams." Komad said to him.
"Of what?" Hethra inquired.
"Memories." Komad answer.
"Hmm, your father had something similar after you and your sister rescued him from Tatooine." Hethra mentioned.
"I'll talk to him about it when he gets back." Komad said. "So what did you want to talk to me about, exactly?"
"First of all, my nephew believes he has found something that could turn the tide of the war, and he wants you and Solidus to go with me to talk to him." Hethra told Komad.
"I thought you expelled him from the order." Komad commented, remembering Jack's brash actions when they last met.
"I did." Hethra immediately responded. "I also want you to get up to speed on the assassination attempts on Chief of State Rasa."
"Who would do that?" Komad inquired.
"I don't know, but I doubt it's Darth Mortis; it's not in her character." Hethra replied.

Joe woke up after a strange night. He got dressed straight away said his goodbyes to his wife and children and flew off to Coruscant and the temple.

He met his guard friend at the doors who let him in and he searched far and wide for Hethra who had told him yesterday where Greea would be. So he decided to ask him again seeing that his guard friend did not know.

The Seeker exitted hyperspace in the edge of the Corulag system. There was several hours before Hethra was surpose to get here which what Jack had ittented. He needed to get something before heading to Byss. The Seeker activated it's cloacking field and travelled west of it's current poistion.

Jack's intention was to intercept a sith cargo vessel. When it came the Seeker decloacked and pounded the cargoship and it's escored with it's mass-driver weapons. Once the escort fighters were destroyed and the cargoship disabled by the Seeker's ion cannons, Jack scanned the cargoship, copying all of it's records before finishing it off with a few missiles.

Aha Joe thought as he recognised Hethra in some room.


"Sorry for barging in like this but i'm here to find Greea i'm the assistant, my name is" Joe had forgotten his fake name! So he made one up.

"Victor."

"I thought your name was Jacen, but I doubt that's your name either. Who are you, and who really sent you?" Hethra now saw through his disguise, and drew his lightsaber.
"What do you want with my wife?" Komad asked accusingly, but he still had to build himself a new lightsaber.

"Nothing!" shouted Joe. "I'll show you it was on the job boards just don't kill me with that thing. My middle name is Jacen, did I tell you it was Jacen? Well it's Victor now please Ill show you in the boards, please, my wife signed me up!"

"I checked, and the Job Boards don't even exist." Hethra told him. "But I think I know who are. You're that bounty hunter who attacked the Temple yesterday."

Joe thought for a while and gave in.

"Ok you've got me just don't kill me i'll tell you EVERYTHING."

"It all started a few years ago i had, had my first children, twins they were a real beauty and we started running out of money so a few friends who I knew, they were bounty hunters trained me up and in a year i was a proper bounty hunter then two years later at the start of this year some sith came along didn't give me his name and said go to Coruscant and kill as many Jedi as possible. I knew the Jedi were good but he was really scary. It was one thousand each kill which is alot for me and before I did it, I said i don't want to and he raised his sabre to my neck so I obyed him. After killing one I fled back to him he gave me the money and I went back to my house and had an argument woith my wife and she said go and work for the jedi as an assistant or somehting. So I went to the sith and well............. killed him. So the bounty hunters came along for their share and we ran to my sisters house leaving them. Then i came to you a few hours later and asked who would need an assistant and you told me Greea but tommorow so I came here today and you caught meo ut plus last night my bounty friends tried to kill me in my sleep but I killed them."

What a long explanation!

"Now you can throw me in jail if you want but I was forced and am really trying to make up for what I did!"

"Very well, you can stay, but not as an assistant. Jedi don't have assistants. You can make amends by investigating something the Sith call 'Project Abaddon'." Hethra told him, deactivating his lightsaber.

"Thank you" puffed Joe. "Call me Joe from now on." "I'm like a spy i guess?" "I don't have many skills in spying, I , I don't know where to start."

"In that case, I instead want you to go back to the Bounty Hunter's Guild, and see if anyone has placed a contract on Chief of State Rasa. Her life has been in danger for the past month." Hethra changed his mind about what to do with Joe.

"Even though the rest of the bountys are dead I'll check, expect me back in a few hours."

Joe departed from Coruscant.

Greea had went back to bed without fuss and awoke the next morning to find Komad gone. She went in search of Master Hethera and found him telling of a man who looked tremblng in his boots. She asked, "What was that about Master Hethera?"

Alkea gazed at Coruscant as it came into view. Hethera would want to hear details and probably assign her to another mission or something. Surprisingly her thoughts drifted to Reyvan and she wondered what he was doing. She then felt an overwhelmingly desire to see him and ask what was going on in his life. She headed for the Temple and transmitted her docking code. Given permission to land, she headed towards the familiar landing pad and put down the ship. She wasn't surprised that no one was there to meet her so she took off into the temple. She decided to wander around until she came across Hethera, Greea or her brother. Reyvan was the last person she expected.

"The bounty hunter who attacked the temple yesterday tried to make amends by working as an assistant under a false name. We thought he was going to try to attack again from the inside, but he told us the truth. He's now going back to the Bounty Hunter's Guild to investigate whether or not the Assassin trying to kill Chief of State Rasa is a member." Hethra told her.
"Sorry I wasn't there when you woke up. You know I've always liked getting up early, and I know the opposite for you, so I didn't want to wake you." Komad said to Greea.

"Welcome back home, Alkйa!" A voice shouted out at Alkйa. From the corridor on her left came Reyvan Skyrider.

"So, how's it going?"

Jedi Padawan Quinlan Vel woke up on his room, beams of sunlight illuminating his room and crashing against his face. Overwhelmed by the energy of the beams, he turned around. He had only woken up. Quinlan got dressed and took out his Lightsabers from the bench, coming out of his room.

Startled Alkea looked up and saw Reyvan. She gave a genuine smile and replied, "It's good to be back. How is everything?"

"I see. I hope he finds something," Greea responded thoughtfully to Hethera's comments. She then turned to Komad, "It's no matter. Besides Your sister is home."

"Let's go greet her then." Komad replied, pointing in the direction he though Alkйa would be.

"Not that way dear," Greea said while gently grabbing the pointing digit, "She'll be heading towards the gardens with another Jedi." She smiled at Komad and pushed him along the way towards the gardens.

As Joe left the Temple, he heard a voice in the shadows. "So, the Jedi think I'm some mere bounty hunter, out to kill Tabula Rasa for a fistful of credits, do they? My Master is offering me something far more valuable than credits. In three days time, you shall return to the Temple, and tell them you found nothing. Mention me to them, the Senate, or the Military, and I shall be the last face you'll ever see." The Assassin whispered to him, holding a vibrodagger to his neck.

"Well, a bit startled. The Temple got attacked yesterday, yet nothing serious, just a lonely Bounty Hunter. He did manage to kill a Jedi though," He replied.

A sense someting, something horrible. A storm is coming and the galaxy will not be the same Jack thought, as he waited for his uncle's arrival.

Joe stopped in his tracks as a blade scraped his neck.

"I'm not a killer" he whsipered back. "I will tell them the truth!"

Joe ran as the assasian threw a blade at him Joe ducked and ran back to Hethra.

"There is the assasian, he tried to make me tell you that there was nothing, he threw a blade at me a vibro one!"

"Not Hethera?" Alkea asked. "Are you all right?"

"Hethra? No, i don't recall his name quite well. And yes, i am alright, thank you for asking," He told her.

"I'm glad you're ok," Alkea replied, forgetting about Hethera. "Did you do any new training?"

"I don't know who you are talking about. Is this some sort of joke to you? The Chief of State's life is in danger, and you run back here telling me the assassin found you? I don't have time for this." Hethra replied, clearly not believing Joe.

"Listen he was there and a put a knife thingy to my neck told me to come back to the temple in three days and tell them there was nothing he says his master needs to something important and now I know he's out to get me and I'm afraid to go home because he'll kill me and his family!" Joe said rushing up and down the corridor anxiously.

"Do you have security camera's in the temple?"

"Well..." Reyvan told her, starting to think, "Not much. You must already know your brother's here. Oh, and Greea has a Padawan. Nice kid."

"Yeah, we do. I'll check it, but I want you to go to the Bounty Hunter's Guild, like I told you before." Hethra replied, and he started walking towards the security room.

Jack waited in his ship, he senced that his uncle had not left Coruscant yet, which was beining to irritate him, if he was to show him what he wanted, Hethra had to be leaving in the next hour.

"Ok i'm gonna be have to be quick because i'm worried about this guy, i've met him once before, he was with the sith who sent me here."

Joe jumped in his ship and was back at Tatooine in no time but he felt like he was being followed.

"Komad, let's go. I don't want to keep my nephew waiting much longer." Hethra said to Komad. "Alright. If you don't mind, I'd like to bring Greea with. Six months away from her is enough." Komad told Hethra. "Very well." Hethra replied.

Joe looked at the papers and looked for the name of Chief State of Rasa.

"Oh dear" he muttered as he found a bounty on her. From the sith though? Nobody in the guild planted this, wait who was meant to kill her? Joe looked and found it was Ricky.

"I know about my brother and his wife. I also know she's expecting. What I want to know is about you," Alkea then blushed at the comment.

((Don't know. Right now I don't have space for my inks but I might be able to do colored pencils. No promises though.))

"A-a-about m-m-me?" He stuttered. He was flattered and blushed as well. Reyvan was, well, confused by this sudden change of heart. One day she's a Jedi Girl with a stone cold heart, the next she seems nothing like her.

"Who're you? Why are you controlling poor Alkйa?!" Reyvan joked, laughing out loud, "But well, i am doing fine. So is the Republic. Atleast now," He remarked.

Joe made a quick escape from the guild as he knew this thing was near him.

Very soon he was back at the temple and found Master Hethra.

"I'm sorry, really sorry" and he handed over the papers.....

"Sir, Hethra just left. He said something about meeting his nephew to discuss something crucial to the war effort." Another Jedi told him.

"Where is he now then or when will he be back?" Joe said. He had been so worried he had thought this man was Hethra!

"He'll be back in a few days. He did, however, say that if you found anything, to track down the bounty hunter who's trying to kill Chief of State Rasa and bring him into custody." The Jedi replied.
The bounty hunter Ricky was preparing for a trip to Telos to kill the Chief of State when he heard a voice whisper to him. "The Chief of State is my kill, and now, so are you." It was the last thing he ever heard.

"I went nowhere. Just asking," Alkйa replied still blushing. "I really want to know."

Greea smiled at the confusion she sensed. SH erelayed it to KOmad, "She's in the gardens. I think she may need a moral support soon."

"Ok i'll track this Ricky down then, i don't know him that well but I'll try my best" he smiled at the jedi and went off back to Tatooine. He knew where he lived but would he be there?

"It'll have to wait. Hethra wants me to go with him to the Corulag system and meet with his nephew about something important." Komad told her.

"And what is more important than encouraging your sister to thaw out the ice block and feel again?" Greea wanted to know. Her voice had a slight edge to it warning of an impending temper.

Alkйa continued, "Well I was worried when I sensed an attack on the Temple and I thought that you might be hurt." She turned away, frustrated that she felt she was showing weakness by caring.
