You can't drive capital ships. And I'm pretty sure I read somewhere that they don't even move. I think that you can man the turrets though....  [Read More]

Well remember this is only a demo version, there is still hope that the rebels will get there own transport and not some cheap knockoff of the Rebublic gunship. I also thought that the interior of the ships could have used some interior between the m...  [Read More]

Some quick facts/opinions : - "Real objectives" this time in the campaign. Certainly an improvment. - Looks like there's a lot of maps (Hoth is in). - Unless I missed something, the hangers in capital ships look quite small.......  [Read More]

Looking at the first one now. From what I can tell, it's worth it enough to go through the registration process....  [Read More]
Totally agreed... you made the rant thread that I wanted to but I'm too afraid of upsetting the fanboys. >_> Is that me? :D If it is, you didn't upset me, I swear. :) We're having a real nice little debate in the other topic. That being said...  [Read More]
There's better ways or rewarding players than having them compete with their own team to get the Jedi. Really, that's not encouraging teamwork at all - it's encouraging players to whore the tanks to get more kills than everyone else, or even playing...  [Read More]
"The Clone Wars were a trying time for the Jedi. They transformed from an order of peacekeepers to military commanders, serving as battlefield generals for the Republic's new clone army." So no, my definition they are NOT actually IN the G...  [Read More]
No, it seems you're talking about the fight between a number of Jedi and droids. That is not the Battle of Geonosis... it is the conflict that sparked the massive battle we know as the Battle of Geonosis. But I fail to see why you would be talking ab...  [Read More]
What I'm talking about is the Battle of Geonosis. ?? Glad we're talking about the same thing. Not really. You just have to be in a position of command. I mean, George Bush isn't in the army, but he's commander-in-chief. If he is commander-in-c...  [Read More]
Not really, it was just the confrontation that sparked the Battle of Geonosis. It's a confrontation. Therefore, it's a battle. Yes, it did spark the huge geonosis battle. But it was a battle in it's own right. Go to StarWars.com and view the Dat...  [Read More]
Uh, that's not where the battle took place... Not where the big battle took place, but a battle took place there nonetheless. Wrong. They were not part of the Grand Army. They are the Jedi Order. Yes they shared command of the clone army, but u...  [Read More]
A few thousand. I assume you mean the battlefield outside the arena. Of course not. I'm talking about the arena itself. Because you're not playing as the Jedi Order; you're playing as the Grand Army of the Republic. You know, the clone guys......  [Read More]
Well they fought on the front lines in that battle, commanders and generals don't fight on the front line. And I don't remember one clone trooper on the ground either, they were in the gunships. It was just Jedi, and Padma, on the ground fighting....  [Read More]
Wrong, they were serving as commanders and generals, not grunts. In the Geo arena, they didn't have many troopers to command around did they? But they shouldn't be playable. One of the republic trooper is the clone commander. So why wouldn't a...  [Read More]
Well yeah, of course, but does it make sense to put them in a game like Battlefront, where you play as the soldiers? Don't make me quote Mace from AotC... because what he says is exactly why Jedi SHOULD NOT BE PLAYABLE. There are a few maps, Geonosis...  [Read More]
Fixed. I don't want to sound harsh or anything, but Jedi are part of Star Wars, whether you like it or not. If you want to play a Jedi-free game, you should really stick to Battlefield 2....  [Read More]

That Jedi is definitely Kit Fisto. Is he playable? As far as I know, he is not shown on any screens or in any video, so there's no way to know....  [Read More]
Space battles... Making a SW game that lets you "play the SW battles any way you want" without including space battles was quite dump in the first place. And playing as a Jedi does sound interesting. Judging from the screenshots, I should...  [Read More]

But how does that relate to this game? If fanboys want to duel on Mustafar, go play RotS. Well, some fanboys just don't have crappy consoles and as such can't duel on mustafar. But yeah, it kind of breaks what the game is all about. I guess it's o...  [Read More]

1. Start as a Jedi with a sabre; no more running around to find parts 2. I think a new engine is needed, for the sake of keeping the game strong in the market 3. Harder and more balanced; I want dexterity requirement on dual-wielding like for ambidex...  [Read More]
I was just thinking about the city areas: Taris/Manaan vs and Nar Shadaa and Onderon. Well there is no comparison: Taris and Manaan are much bigger, the artwork much more detailed and there is a lot more to do in quantity and variety. In K1, there wa...  [Read More]
Quite arguable. The StarForge was at least very stressing due to the number of enemies thrown at you. Trayus was...well...a walk in the park. Quite true. And it does make sense, after all, for your character to rush through the starforge... About B...  [Read More]
I would like to see Bioware make the game but that doesnt seem likely. Bioware would have given us a finished game they would have never tried to do more than they could handle in the time given to them. But that doesnt really matter because it seems...  [Read More]

there's the "2-Handed Weapon" feat?? and just like in DnD, anyone can fight 2-handed, it's just the proficiencies/feats reduce the actual penalty when incorporating the style... not to menion that KotOR penalizes you depending on what type...  [Read More]

I want a better and more interactive storyline. I mean, if you turn Dark Side, wouldn't it make sense for your character to actually join the sith and kick the republic? A new engine is needed. I think it's about time for whoever develops the game...  [Read More]
