In order for a client to download a file from a server, both the client and the server need to allow downloads. As far as downloading maps, I don't know of any custom maps widely available yet. Do you have such maps? Or are you refering to the stock...  [Read More]

If you want stats for damage done by player by type and such, enable g_statlog "1" and g_statlogfile "filename.log" You can name it whatever you want, that file will contain the detail you are looking for on a map by map basis....  [Read More]

I don't see anything wrong with the hostname cvar. Although, I did notice that your map rotation is unused and that you have a number of user interface (ui_) setting that are irrelevant for a dedicated server....  [Read More]

Oh, believe me...I'd love for someone to figure out a "workaround" to get it working. I think that we can use every admins support to either work on it or to let Raven/Lucas know that they've got a problem....  [Read More]

The problem isn't that people think it goes left to right or how to add up the value for each bit field. The problem is that when you set the value to disable specific force powers, it disables others that you didn't intend. I still believe it's just...  [Read More]

If you look, most of the servers on the master list are on 28070. Now, there may have been a particular issue with your setup, but using port 28070 (default) by itself doesn't cause the master list problem. Does the in-game master list include server...  [Read More]

I believe you are correct that the server doesn't recognize an ip change. That could make for quite a mess. Hopefully, it doesn't change too often. I'm guessing that it changes when the router goes down (power outage) or your isp takes a dump. That's...  [Read More]
