More info needed, when you click play what happens? Does absolutely nothing happen or does it start to load the game and then exit? Try loading the game by running GrimFandango.exe in your Grim folder instead....  [Read More]

I think you're probably referring to CostumeRipper (http://scumm.mixnmojo.com/programs/costrip15.ZIP). Holding left and right will display the animation frames and page up and page down will change costumes....  [Read More]

Find the exe thats in the same folder as the resource files (monkey.000 and monkey.001 or similar). It'll probably be monkey.exe and run that with vdmsound or quick and easy....  [Read More]
