Clean your CD or buy a new one. If you need more help check LucasArts technical support, clean your registry (I recommend Registry Mechanic) and reinstall from the cleaned cd. Nobody is going to send you their (huge) assets files here, sorry. :...  [Read More]

It's probably both. But clearly he's compromised his "principles" by doing this. In any case, I'm glad! My insinuation that he's just doing this for money comes from the fact that he's releasing them as seperate bundles and packing in the...  [Read More]
So from what I gather... They aren't doing any new fixes to the 2004 Editions for this set. We're getting three packs, priced at $30 each. A Star Wars pack, an Empire Strikes Back pack, and a Return of the Jedi pack. Each is two discs. Disc 1=2004...  [Read More]
Even if the 2004 Editions were not so shodilly handled with the sound and colors, I'd still prefer the originals in many ways, not just Greedo. I don't care what planet you're from, "Jedi Rocks" is much stinkier than "Lapti Nek" a...  [Read More]
MachineCult, bitter are we? Sounds like somebody's upset that the fans of Star Wars for 20 years before the Special Editions existed finally get to see the movies that put Lucas on the map on DVD, reversing all his excuses of the past 9 years. Don't...  [Read More]

In single player JA, you're out of luck, sorry. Yes you can mess with the camera options but it's not perfect (there's a mod on jk3files.com that does this for you, as I said, it just uses scripting so it's not perfect, like I think the camera goofs...  [Read More]

Yeah, I thought of that, which is why I had the saved game for hard mode and still nothing. :( Hey, it was a short game, I wanted to finish it up quick in between study sessions, heh. Took me two days I think (and I normally take my time with games)...  [Read More]

Yeah. I confess I was a fan as a kid (like so many kids of our generation). I got the game not because it was any good (it got mediocre reviews, though the graphics were pretty nice), but because it was supposed to have the arcade version of the game...  [Read More]

Dang. I got a saved from from a guy who had beaten the game on hard and unlocked everything he could find (all artifacts, all secret characters, etc). And I even set my computer clock ahead 120 days to see if anything else appeared... nothing, nada,...  [Read More]

Hmm, do the whole game over? That might take some time. The levels are pretty short, but the jump puzzles suck badly, I'd hate to have to repeat those. Still, I could try doing all the levels in order (I did do them all in order until Mean Streets po...  [Read More]

Here's from the movie, as posted by somebody else (it's correct): PL = Princess Leia L = Luke PL: Luke, what’s wrong. L: Leia, do you remember your mother? Your real mother? PL: Just a little bit. She died when I was very young. L: What do...  [Read More]

Or it could be that she didn't know she was adopted and she was speaking of Bail's wife. "Do you remember your mother, your real mother?" Not talking about Mrs. Organa. And if Leia lied to Luke, wouldn't he be able to sense THAT through...  [Read More]

The "Jedi don't use guns" thing is a brain bug, which developed as a result of the Prequels. The Jedi in the EU mix up "dark" and "lightside" powers, they use other weapons besides sabers all the time. In the prequels t...  [Read More]

As I've said many times, I'd love to see a JK4 as much as the next fan. What would I hope for in such a game? 1- Look at what's come before, give us back some of the classic features (improved if possible) from the older games, like the auto map, mo...  [Read More]

Yeah but is it really a "MODIFICATION" or does it just give you new content within the same parameters as the Single player game? That is, does it actually change the behavior of weapons or force powers to something not already present in...  [Read More]

You can replace models, make new maps and replace other things, but you can't, for example, change the weapon or forcepower behavior, because that requires new coding, which isn't accepted because the SDK hasn't (and won't) be released... like it is...  [Read More]
