Yeah the engine is fine: - They know the engine very well now, so do the modders - You can port JKII skins/mods/maps etc. easily - The engine is heavily tweaked, screens look good - This way, it can be released very soon, I believe the release date...  [Read More]

I'll start with SP. Ifg it's reallllly addicting I'll keep playing it, but most likely I'll throw in a few MP matches between my SP experiences :D But SP is very important to me, finished JK2 over 5 times now and every time was cool :D MP is the fac...  [Read More]
RPGing is ok with me, as long as I'm not forced to do it too... But I do think that you shouldn't kill anyone with saber off (unless he doesn't respond to your chat, I ask if they wanna fight or not - no response = kill) and if they bow... I just nod...  [Read More]

I liked the imperial repeater :D The secondary fire was good enough when up close and personal ;) But the fists could be cool too, in conjunction with the lightsaber; yes :D But pleeeeease remove the Flechette, Heavy Repeater etc, especially their...  [Read More]

YEAH!! Yeah that would be cool, but should it work in first person perspective too?? Or only when holding a saber (3rd person)?? Anyway, I think it would be nice to limit it to like 10 seconds, maybe a bit less... OR wait, maybe ledge grabbing shoul...  [Read More]

Yeah SP is very important to me, JO is the #2 SP game for me, Deus Ex beats it, but not by far! So I hope Raven put big effort into the SP part of the game. I liked the way the three stances worked (both MP and SP) and I hope those will come back in...  [Read More]
Yup, that means if you finished JK2 5 times like me, you can finish it 10 times now, cause you have 2 different ways to play... Actually 15, because you can also stay in the middle :D...  [Read More]
Yeah I too think it''s strange that the 2nd mouse button is reserved for saber throw. I didn't like the power that much either, it would come in handy once in a while, but nothing more... I like the idea of the FAKK2 2 handed system, what function w...  [Read More]

Yeah the models were great, although I do hope that JK3 will have a better 'boss' than the purple lizard we had now  I don't a barney the dinosaur, I want a charismatic, evil, powerfull, epic boss :D A respectable enemy like Vader or Maul :...  [Read More]

This is an idea: Ppl with two lightsabers can't use forcepowers that require your hand, like pull, push, grip, lightning, drain, mindtrick etc. Only passive ones and powers like speed. Ppl with a double bladed saber can choose two stances: one stro...  [Read More]

I liked the way they implemented the two sabers in EPII: only a few seconds. I really hope a single saber will have many advantages over the duel/double sabers. The double bladed saber looked cool, I don't have many problems with that one, you have t...  [Read More]

Great that you come to post here Mike, thx! I see that there's an official confirmation on the Raven website now, so I think that, unless it's one big conspiracy, shich I doubt, it's not a hoax!! Pff fall 2003, that's very soon, although I will have...  [Read More]
Oh well I think voicecomm should be standard in all the games, Valve really did a good job with the voicecomm in HL / CS / DoD etc :) But I don't think it will be important for JK3 (or any JK game), since it's a pretty individual game, even in CTF.....  [Read More]
