I'm a 50 Inquisitor now.. If there's one thing I've learned from playing as an Inquisitor, is that it requires you to absolutely use and know all the skills the class has. Electrocute, Jolt and other interrupts are your friend. Use them. Also, the...  [Read More]
Iґll try something similar like you, Lynk. Iґll make a human Sith Inquisitor focussed on tanking (it's supposed to be very fun, but difficult so the advice is to get a 'rhythm' going on so practice is a pre). I'll try to mess around with crafting t...  [Read More]

Besides, if I got peace for christmas, I'd probably wound up breaking it. What else can you do with peace anyway? You should ask the US citizens here...they've been in every war since the early 1900's. And they got themselves a awesome president and...  [Read More]

They must've changed the cost... damn. Also, to add to that, there are further ranks to the ability which cost even more... though Mav tells me that you end up getting a lot of credits by then anyway. Yeah, I read this too. It's useless to buy gear...  [Read More]

Another dummie question from me guys... A little thing regarding mounts. How many choices are there regarding mounts and colours? In World of Warcraft I had some pretty cool dragons that required tremendous effort to obtain. Is there similar stuff i...  [Read More]

Iґd like to confirm Militiades confirmation of Tommycatґs confirm of Mavґs confirmation of mimiґs confirm of Lynkґs confirmation. Just to confirm the overall fact. I got 2 when I was level 11 too. Just confirming here.....  [Read More]

You could always roll a DPS AND a healer... I've decided that I'm going to roll a Trooper Vanguard (Tank) for the Republic side and as an alt for that side I'm going to roll a Jedi Sage (Healer)... then on the Empire side, while I'll have a Sith Mara...  [Read More]

The Assassin and Sorcerer offer completely different play style choices (as do the Shadow/Sage Consular mirror classes). The Assassin is primarily designed for melee DPS, but can tank if spec'd properly (although how well in high level Flashpoint/Ope...  [Read More]

I have another question for those who got a bit further in the game then I did.. I'm going to play a Sith Inquisitor, but I'm in doubt about what specialisation to pick...I'm quite fond of the Assassin, with it's saps en crowd control stuff. However...  [Read More]

1. Which Classes did you try out during your time with the beta? Which did you like the most and least? Which surprised you the most? Only played Inquisitor, quite liked it though since it all took place on a planet we recognise from the Kotor games....  [Read More]

Seeing as I only have 4GB a month during the week at my student home, I'll mainly be playing TOR during weekends as well. Schedule-wise, I'm confident we'll figure it out. Besides, from what I can see, 3 of the 6 IB members are European, so if our gu...  [Read More]

Whether I'm in Australia or from the US, the fact is that the only times I and most other people will be able to play during most of the year is on the weekends. Flashpoints are an easy deal since it's a 4 player only type thing. You can take your f...  [Read More]

Hey all, seen the fact that the Guild Pre-launch program is closed, maybe it's time to look at the roster and make decisions about what advanced classes or specs to choose to benefit the guild the most. It would suck to end up with an unbalanced guil...  [Read More]

My lord, your Sith Inquisitor is here. I will do thy bidding and use my pre-order code... And if you don't mind, my nephew would like to do so as well...he's been an avid Kotor player as well and is, like me, well past the 'high pitch voice' age. ;...  [Read More]

You can get items that do not have an alignment choice attached to them through crafting, quest rewards, and such. So in no way are you forced into an alignment. As a Sith you can even make light side choices and vice versa for a Jedi. I've been te...  [Read More]

Hmm...strange to read this. What's the point of having a morality system based of choice, if you don't have a choice regarding morality if you want the maximum gaming experience? Would be terrible not to be allowed to joing a raid because you don't...  [Read More]
Sith Inquisitor: Assassin it will be... I've seen them in some video's and it seems they are very versatile. They can tank, dps and range dps (heal too?). That's very usefull since it's quite difficult to predict which role will be 'needed' in the g...  [Read More]

Bioware says it's still working on some of the end game, and the last 10 levels are still somewhat unpolished (in comparison to early levels) by all reports, so it's hard to tell. I did hear from talks that came out of NY ComicCon last weekend that y...  [Read More]

So, are you saying that the Sith operate in a fully free market and the Jedi are unionised? Of course the Jedi are unionised. Anakin instantly got an arm prosthetic after losing one. That's normally a huge pile of paperwork. Would you cl...  [Read More]
