Why stop at kissing? I want a "cope a feel" option!THIS JUST IN! KOTOR 3 TO BE DEVELOPED BY ROCKSTAR!! In an interesting turn of events, Lucas Arts officials announced today that they had completed negoitiations with controversial develope...  [Read More]

New PC, and it think it should be a person who is being trained by the new council of Jedi on Telos.(Assuming you played a light side character.) Man oh man. This has to be one of the best K3 ideas that I've seen. You start off at the Academy at Te...  [Read More]

New PC. The logistics of making the other two choices work are just too much. It doesn't make sense story-wise. It doesn't make sense gamplay-wise. It doesn't make sense. Make it Revan's love child. Make it the Exile's second cousin. Just make it a...  [Read More]

No way. I'm hopeful that KotOR will be a going concern, however that depends on the strength of the story and profitability of the franchise. There is more than sufficient EU material to carry forward, however LA will need to tap talented developers...  [Read More]

The first two games were d20. I don't think they'll risk alienating their fan base by switching to another system....  [Read More]
I think there was quite a bit of foreshadowing in TSL...enough that you can get a good feel for the tone of K3 (and it won't include a living Revan). Let's put the arguement to rest with a wager. State your terms....  [Read More]
^^^^ Sure. And I'm positive that all of that will lots of fun and not even a little obnoxious for the player. :eyeraise: You are on to something with the mask (they did it in TSL), but it won't matter b/c Revan will be dead......  [Read More]
Rather selective with your response... No matter. I think the rest of my post argues at least a few points for why it (yet another appearance by K1 characters) won't happen. Until the game is actually released, or until we hear from the devs, it's a...  [Read More]
Does that mean you're also from the "You start the game at level 20" camp? If not, then how do you explain a Level 1 Revan? Based off of what we learned from TSL, what would Revan do in K3?...  [Read More]
Actually, if my memory serves me correctly the Korriban hologram of Bastila is also there for DSF Revan. And anyways, LSM is canon so Bastila lives :) :pRight. Dark Side female is still Dark Side. Not sure what your point is. If the devs were worrie...  [Read More]
LSM Revan: Everyone lives LSF Revan: Most everyone lives. Bastila can die. DSM Revan: Bastila, Carth, Canderous, and the droids live. Everyone else can die. DSF Revan: Bastila, Canderous, and the droids live. Everyone else can die (including Carth)....  [Read More]
Maybe they'll call it Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic - The Third Time  Since Bastila could have died in K1, they will not bring her back as a party member. Even if they could resolve her being possibly being dead and all, I think f...  [Read More]
Alright you're obviously hellbent on seeing K1 and TSL characters return for the third game. Tell you what, how about you take some time to sit down and write a "subtle" way to work all these folks in. If you give up because it's too hard,...  [Read More]
It's possible (heck, probable) that the timeline might pick up sooner. Taking a look at the status of the Jedi order and the number of confirmed Jedi that are available to take up the cause, I don't think it will pick up right where TSL left off. 10-...  [Read More]
Am I sure? No, I can't possibly be sure, but canon for a comic is one thing and a loyal fanbase for a game franchise is another. I think if their motivation was video games, then we would have seen a LS Male Revan in TSL. Instead we got a dialog with...  [Read More]
Sorry, Achilles, but I don't agree with that. The guy I played back in K1 is dead? I think that you should have a reunion, with everybody there. Not to say that someone shouldn't die, I think it would be a nice addition if Carth died fighting, or som...  [Read More]

Err...how about the robes from the game :eyeraise: How in the heck you made that leap is beyond me. Yes, my concern is realism; cloth that is skinned to behave like it would in the physical universe. Realism. Spend some time actually looking at the...  [Read More]

I agree that the KotOR robes were awful. I did like the TSL robes. Yes they looked different than in the movies, but it was 4,000 years before the Star Wars Saga. Styles of clothes would be changing all the time. Especially over the next 4,000 years....  [Read More]

my point being yes achilles i agree realistic robes would be nice, but if they spend to much time on that than the actual gameplay and plot then i'm sure you know exactly were the devs can stick their robes lol*shrug* They have to skin the robes anyw...  [Read More]

My only concern with the robe will be realism. And I don't mean better meshes or higher res textures but consistent folds and overlapping pieces of cloth. The tabbard-like drape on the padawan robes in TSL was cool, but where in the hell did they com...  [Read More]

You're welcome. Although I'm glad to see that this old thing still gets used, I have to point out that if you're just going for straight item editing, all you really need is this (http://www.lucasforums.com/showthread.php?t=132253) tutorial. This li...  [Read More]
