In my opinion, playing KOTOR on the PC is a much richer experience for a number of reasons, but the main one being the MODs currently available. I found the levels on Taris to be much more entertaining when played through as a Jedi from the beginning...  [Read More]

Actually, porting the graphics engine, while a huge violation of the EULA, would not be entirely out of reach. A massive decompiling of NWN and KOTOR, plus an extensive look at their respective source code, could produce something. That would, howeve...  [Read More]

The window that pops up when I run the program in MS-DOS appears fine (though I obviously can't try out the program there). An image: http://www.geocities.com/lordhazanoko/nwnexe.jpg However, I still cannot run the program....  [Read More]

I am trying to compile my scripts using Torlack's NWN Script Compiler. However, when I try to run the program, the window pops up for a brief instant before closing itself. Does anyone know what the problem is?...  [Read More]

If anyone would like to view the movie files out of game, they are encoded in "Bink" format. A player can be found here: http://www.radgametools.com/bnkdown.htm It's a 1.2 MB file...  [Read More]

I'd really like to see a mod that allows you to play as a different species. I'm not sure if the D20 system of different species having different statistics is implemented, but that wouldn't be that hard to do. Playing as a Zabrak (Darth Maul) would...  [Read More]

Jawa, your mod kicks serious ass. I've played through most of the game with it and not only is it bug free, but much more enjoyable to start as a Jedi. It deserves Strongbad's seal of approval: :sbdance...  [Read More]

You could just use Jawa's mod to start as a Jedi. While it gives you a ton of Dark-Side points, I was in the light side before I left Taris....  [Read More]
