Not having played it but just from what I've read, would the D3 engine really work for a JK game? It's slower and works on more realistic movement speed, just the opposite of the type of thing we have going in all the JK games, and I'm not sure the e...  [Read More]

I was a dueling addict in JK2 but now that's starting to get really old. There aren't as many people and the people I see now are either completely new or people from Masters, LJC and such. I used to be able to do ok, but the people who have stayed h...  [Read More]

I don't really know the mapping end of this and such, but my basic point is that the release of an essentially non-functional product and the total lack of support for a long time means they are no longer trustworthy. If a star destroyer that has lit...  [Read More]

The bugs in JA 1.0 were a letdown, the patch was so minor many took it as a letdown and now Siege Destroyer is, to me, a letdown. Whoa Wade agrees with me now, (maybe?), you may remember me as Naso from the Raven forums, until banned, and in-game. T...  [Read More]

Well, the lack of a working server browser and the corresponding lack of playable mutliplayer. After quite some time of not being able to find games to join I found out what was wrong with it. (Apparently using the server browser means I'm a noob). T...  [Read More]

Wow, I'm pretty surprised they're trying to make up for the whole lack of support fiasco. I guess I'll not rule out buying from them in the future, however cautiously....  [Read More]

I think the one thing it really needs, (aside from an involving story and good voicework for once), would be a new combat system. The JO method of combat has gotten old and as far as making new moves or different things to do there's not a lot new to...  [Read More]

Yeah, I think the graphics are fine, but the story is pretty slap-dash, and that kotor similarity is pretty minor in the way it unfolds in that game, so I'm not sure how relevant it is. There just really should have been something that felt like it r...  [Read More]
As for multiplayer, JA is ever so slightly better, just because JO got kind of stale and it mixed things up a bit, but not enough for it to be an improvement really. Single-player JA has the locations going for it but I thought the levels were more i...  [Read More]

I have to agree about fewer bigger saber fights. It was slightly disappointing to me that they made all the boss battles difficult only by endless hitpoints. I remember there was a feeling of accomplishment when I first beat Gorc and Pic that was lac...  [Read More]
Yeah, the explosives were a bit much on Korriban, but the problem with that level to me is the low saber damage. You run after an attacker and graze him, then graze him again, etc. Also, spamming the secondary fire of the repeater is all too common....  [Read More]
It's a bug, and there have been some threads on it. Basically you need to disarm them in a certain order or the door sticks. I'm not sure exactly what that is since I skipped the mission in frustration, but there are two threads with Bakura in their...  [Read More]

Odd. At jedi master I slaughtered most everything with single, (mostly red), and staff, but I just can't make the duals work at all well. Most my problem seems to be lots of glancing blows and an undefended chest. I have to say I still like the singl...  [Read More]
