Yahoo!!! Yeah, it's coming. The lines are already beginning to blur. If anyone played X-Wing Alliance, you noticed they had flying stormies & droids in many of the missions; & in JKII they already had some playable vehicles/objects like droid...  [Read More]

It looks like staff users won't be able to throw their staffs, & I doubt dual saber users will be able to throw more than one at a time. I hope things will still be balanced for those purists that decide to stick with one saber. I think one way...  [Read More]

I agree with StormHammer & Kurgan, maps are a cool idea. You could get maps as part of mission briefings when the intel is available; & if not, then you could have maps that are built progressively as you explore. You could even have a featu...  [Read More]

Yeah Prophet, you're about 2 years late with that comment, LOL. Most of the people here don't believe in scripting any moves other than the specials with directions straight from the game manual, & our posting here about them has resulted in pat...  [Read More]

Well, manual is always best anyways. It's cool to mess around with scripts to learn how the game works, but they have many drawbacks if you try to rely on them in real matches. If you master them manually you will kick move scripter's tail. Just to...  [Read More]

That's wierd, binding a mousewheel to "+attack" should have worked fine & can even be done through the game menu, & the bind "+attack; -attack" should have worked too. I noticed you had it posted here without a space after...  [Read More]

Does anyone know if the PrintScreen button is bindable? My guess is it's not since you can't bind it to anything through the game menu. But if it is, does anyone know the correct spelling for that code? such as "bind PrintScrn" or "bin...  [Read More]

Well, actually that is exactly what you asked for. But now that we know you're talking bout mods we're getting somewhere. If you know the commands for each separately, then you just need to put them together in a combined keybind. I don't know the e...  [Read More]

If you're looking for a way to holster your weapons so you have nothing in your hand, this only works in SP, & only with cheats enabled. use the cheat code "give weaponnum 0", then bind "weapon 0" to any key you wish so you ca...  [Read More]

once you press your key to select the saber, just press it again to turn the saber off. It works as an on/off toggle for as long as you have the saber out as your weapon. You can have more than one key assigned to this too if it makes things easier....  [Read More]

Yeah, you could do that. It's mainly that you're dividing it into parts, as you put it, that would make it work. That is sort of similar to what they did in Shadows of the Empire. They used the different types of engines for the different mission typ...  [Read More]
