Got JO to run on suse 10.1 using nothing but wine-0.9.19 and winetools. The JO installer doesnt work for some reason (the q3 installer does), so I installed/updated it via lan on a samba share. Maybe you just could copy the jk2 folder from Windows as...  [Read More]

Maybe it's possible to run JO with WineX. But I think you'll need a certain version for it (->google). I doubt there are any linux binaries for JO. I think the q3/rtcw patches provide some linux binarys though....  [Read More]

As far as I know there's no working no-cd patch for 1.03/1.04. Maybe there's one for 1.02. Never tried it though. Q4 works without dvd/cd after the first patch 1.0.4.0, btw....  [Read More]
