The JK CD's are just Red Book audio, so you can use a CD ripper to quickly create a WAV file of the track. Search at http://www.download.com if you don't have one already. However, keep in mind that LEC and LFL don't condone the distribution of JK g...  [Read More]

It's not my business whether you discuss this topic on the forums; however, I felt it necessary to point out the stupidity of openly discussing illegal activities on a public forum. Not only is it against the rules on most boards, but if the governme...  [Read More]

That's strange, Windows should not be nearly that unstable. It's far from perfect, but I've kept Windows 9x boxes running flawless for days to weeks, and NT4 or 2K systems can easily stay up for months. Properly configured systems with decent drivers...  [Read More]

Whoa, that book is way off. In theory, the K6-2 could outperform a Pentium II in a heavily 3DNow! optimized situtation, but in actual practice, the only game this happened on was Quake II, which AMD themselves optimized. In general use, the non-pipel...  [Read More]

The JK style of lag was a consequence of not using a client/server network model. The little pause you experience in games like Q3 is due to the fact that your own computer is not allowed to make decisions regarding the game, it's pretty much just a...  [Read More]
