TO change your avatar you don't have to reregister just press the user cp button at the top of the screen. And the forum rules and other such things are located at the f.a.q. REgarding the picture i don't think you can have pictures in your signiture...  [Read More]

On a website if you right click ont he picture than click properties it gives the site of the actual picture which you can put within the tags. As for Lightsaberboy, I don't think you can post pics from your hard drive you have to upload it to a web...  [Read More]
