They said the wait is over. What were they talking about? They certainly didn't mean the wait for the next KOTOR because this in not it! This is NOT it! If Lucasarts seeks to kill off KOTOR with this, I will not feed their pocketbooks. When KOTOR...  [Read More]

If I hadn't started playing Guild Wars and got a good MMO experience from that, I'd probably be unhappy about this being an MMO instead of a SP RPG. However, with the MMO experience under my belt, I'm a lot more receptive to the idea of a Kotor MMO,...  [Read More]

Lucasarts was referring to the 5-year wait for KOTOR III. There was NOTHING indicating something other than KOTOR and I would not imagine anyone who were waiting for the third installment would have wanted this. This is a new thing, yet it was portra...  [Read More]

Is TOR better than Kotor 3? That's like asking 'is the Chateau Lafite 2066 wine better than the Chateau Margaux 2075?'. We can hardly compare without having both. :) That wasn't the question I posted. The majority of fans looking forward to this gam...  [Read More]

I think that TSL was just ended with a conflict so great that they couldn't come up with a dramatic conclusion for it. Odds are that they were interested in selling a third installment that they tried to make the best cliffhanger they could for TSL....  [Read More]

Do people have great joy that there is a conclusion to the KOTOR series, or does it detract from the original two games?...  [Read More]

I think that TOR is the death of KOTOR. If this takes place 300 years after the original, then it ensures that KOTOR III is never released and never resolves the conflict of the first two. That is my perspective on this....  [Read More]

I don't know if this topic has already been addressed, but if not... I have had issues with using Yuthura Ban for the Exile in KOTOR II. Certain robes cause the game to crash, specifically the knight robes. Are there any ways around this? I know twi...  [Read More]
For anyone reading this AND Prior to Exile at the same time... I am not going to release any chapters in this thread that will be bombshells to new characters or suspense. I will be posting most of these when I can rearrange the chapters and not los...  [Read More]
This is a continuation of chapter 39, not the previous chapter. I have rewritten the ending of chapter 40 and retitled it "The Last Casualties of the Mandalorian Wars" I think this is much more fitting than what I had before and I hope yo...  [Read More]
This chapter is immediately after Malachor V The Exile feels the loss of the Force. In addition, this is only one half of the chapter. The other will be Bao-Dur's departure, but I needed to know what people thought of this so far. ---- I had been t...  [Read More]
THANK YOU! I have been wondering if it was never that good to begin with. I got some looks, but no feedback. I've added Kavar's part at the end because I wanted to show just how fragile she was at that point to lose all hope. I don't think she woul...  [Read More]
Here is 'Prior to Exile' in reverse. The last chapter will lead to 39, 38, and continues to where the first chapters meet the last. This is just to make it more interesting. ------- Chapter 40: The Last Casualties of the Mandalorian War Describing...  [Read More]

*Good Poems* end response. I really never thought of childhood memories being lost in the manner you described. Although I don't know if I can relate, I got the gist of how value of the past had suddenly been lost. And with it all that you put into...  [Read More]

How long does it take to write these? I think that I have a somewhat poetic sense that I put in my stories, but often don't have them to such scale as a real poem. I didn't agree with insanity because it doesn't seem like it fits the kind of condit...  [Read More]

Nice... very nice. I am not one for stories that are completely original with no point of reference, but I rather like this one. Javen seems to have a defined personality that stands out from others, but is difficult to describe. Javen, Leah, and Ga...  [Read More]

It was pretty much common knowledge not to disrupt the training of another’s padawan, but I guess that I wasn’t very prudent that day. After taking Kalin back to my quarters, we had a long discussion that involved many topics ranging from our old...  [Read More]

Mm, that's true (regarding the chess and reusing phrases). You might want to note that not all the errors are in dialogue--sometimes, it's easier to pick up errors if you reread after taking a break. I don't know about you, but I find that I tend to...  [Read More]

Try using dejarik instead, just for that Star Wars feel;) I liked how you alluded to her being the only one who would stand up to Master Vrook, or to Revan. It's a great flourish, but some minor polishing to smoothen it out would add a lot more impa...  [Read More]

Appreciate the compliment. I'm really doing this because it covers issues that SiD does not. I have a direct confrontation between her and Vrook when it comes to leadership. Unlike where I have demonized the Council, this time they'll just be indiffe...  [Read More]

I have little concern with your personal problems... even if it's cyborg coercing you to write. It's more fun to watch your fans demand more and more than to have a lot of work end up returning very few compliments. You should be flattered and take e...  [Read More]
