"Ah so... Alla has finally told you the truth." Rueben said. "Bastila and I discovered that she had gone there very long ago."
Worry began running across his face. He realized something that had never hit him before... Alla was a Sith when she died. He realized the Darkside was strong with Alla and her decendants, that gave him more of a reason to want to train Monica. If she fell and embraced to the Darkside then the Republic would fail again... even though it had just started. The way he looked at it he had two choices... kill his cousin or make sure she didn't fall. He chose the second option.
ALLA! Rueben screamed through the Force, so no one could hear him. You must not mess with Monica's training... send her to the Darkside and I will deal with you personally. You must remember I am the grandson of Revan and Bastila... I could send you into oblivion... just like Revan did to Ajunta Pall.
As Monica listened to her music, she turned the volume down a little, and looked at Rueben. "If my ancestor, Alla, was a Sith... would I fall to the darkside? I mean, there's this thing about family pasts, and I think the Blair famliy must've broken the chain of the dark side from our family."
She glanced down and sighed. "That's why I don't feel the dark side... coming into me." She rubbed her locket with her finger. "Why can't you have this locket, Rueben? I mean... I can give it back to your family. I don't even know why I'm the chosen one."
Darrick shook the Wookie's furry hand. "Hello."
__________________________(After you answer Monica)
After Rueben was done answering with Monica for the moment, Darrick threw in a question, "Sorry to interrupt but can you eventually teach me how to talk Wookie or atleast translate it?"
The Assassin walked down the Corridor of a hidden Yuuzhan Vong lair. Passing by many glaring Vong Warriors, he was not afraid! He was never afraid!
He made his way to a long, large throne room. It was decorated with Trophy Skulls attatched to the walls, belonging to many dangerous animals and strange creatures.
Ahead was a flight of steps, leading up to a Throne Room Chair. And on that Chair, was the Yuuzhan Vong Warlord himself.
The Assassin bowed.
"Greetings! It is a pleasure we have finally met!" he spoke. The Warlord sniffed in disgust.
"It is a wonder why I tollertate the presence of your species within my lair!"
"Perhaps, but this is an acception! I have sworn my allegiance to you, great Vong Warlord!"
"You choose to betray you Galactic Government? Why?"
"Because they are weak! I view them as being misunderstood and crippled. An organisation without purpose, and relates to the Sith Empire! The Vong's however, have a purpose in this Galaxy!"
"What do you propose? Destroy the Empire?"
"Exactly! I hear you have among you a dangerous weapon! Something that can destroy an entire planet with just one blow! I speak of coarse; The Yu'un A'jja Bomb!"
The Warlord spread an unpleased expression across his face.
"Why should I allow you to have access to such a dangerous weapon?"
"Because you can use it to destroy the very capital of the Empire! Coruscant!"
A pleased smile ran across the Warlord's face...
Kala overheard Monica and Rueben. The fact that Monica was the cousin of Rueben was surprising. The young girl had a good presence in the Force... but she was worried that she might fall to the Dark side. If she did, well... who knows what'll happen. Kala looked at Rueben, seeing if he thought the same thing.
if Monica has fammily who fell to the dark side... I wish there was some way I could protect her, Leon thought he shook the wookies then looked back at Monica.
[I]But you can...[I] A voice replied...
((Sorry for the delayed response... I tried to type it yesterday then the computer crashed...))
"I suppose you always could give me the locket, but then you'd have to leave the Galaxy, never to return." Rueben said to Monica. "So it's your choice... give me the locket or keep it whatever you do, realize that you must do what you feel is right."
"Yes... but right now... we're kinda in the middle of something right now... speaking of which we need to get going." Rueben said.
(( That's okay, BP! :) ))
Monica looked at the golden locket. She loved this locket, and in her heart... she wanted to keep it safe with her. The young girl turned to Rueben. "I... I'll keep the locket. A friend, back on Earth, gave me this. Miss Stone's her name. We've been friends since I was a little girl. She always called me "Little Angel."
Monica grinned, but tears came out her eyes. "I hope she's all right down there... along with everyone else on Earth." She glanced down silently. If something happened to her planet... or galaxy, she'd take the blame.
Leon could feel the sadness within MonicaHe couldnt take it he wished shed be happy...
How can I stop her being corrupted He thought but nothing replied for awhile...
You'll soon Find out the voice hissed ack,
"Mmmm... yes, I understand." Rueben said, smiling... glad she chose to keep it.
Something, doesn't feel right. Rueben thought. I feel cold and... it's growing stronger... it's time we get going.
"Let's get going before the Darkside takes over the galaxy." Rueben said, and began walking down to the Courscant Underworld.
"I agree." He began walking with the others down the path of the Coruscant underworld. He realized that the buildings were built more durable than the houses back home.
You are using your physical senses, Nadia, her mother's voice scolded inside her head. A faint image of her physical form appeared before Nadia and she shook her head. "Can you not feel the sheer power flooding through you? Can you not feel the Force?"
Now that her mother mentioned it, Nadia did feel different. She glared at the ghostlike apparition for a moment. Then gradually, she understood by instinct what her mother expected of her. An eager grin lit up her face as she identified her mother's location through the Force.
"I know where you are," she said. Her mother smiled mischievously and the image faded.
Then find me, she instructed. Nadia halted where she was.
"I already have," she said. "The Jedi destroyed your body and bound your spirit here." She gestured around her. "And I'd have to guess it's been recent, since it wasn't until recently that you decided I was needed. Though, I am curious. How did you manage to contact me if you cannot leave?"
The ghostlike figure of Nadia's mother reappeared. "In the chance that I would be killed, your father insisted I bind a piece of me to you somehow. The pendant you wear around your neck is that piece."
"Then how did it end up behind the false bottom of a vase in an antique shop?" Nadia wondered with a frown.
"It was taken from you as a child," her mother answered. "It passed through the hands of various 'owners' before finding its way into the shop." With a laugh, she added, "I frightened the old woman who owned the shop half to death when I appeared to her."
"Why did you show yourself?" Nadia wondered.
"I had to return to you so you could return to me," her mother said. "The easiest way to force the pendant to change hands was to frighten the owner into giving it away. But the old woman who owned that shop didn't do that... she put it in that vase... used to be a white vase, but under my influence, the coloring changed. And that frightened her even more."
"And you called to me," Nadia said. "Now I'm here. You're here. What do you want?"
"You need training, Nadia," her mother answered. "Back on that pathetic little planet I sent you to, all you'd have to deal with would have been street thugs. Here, you face Jedi. You have to be ready."
"Then let the training begin," Nadia instructed. And from the dark shadows of the great cavern around her, seven shadowy figures appeared.
"These are my loyal guards," Nadia's mother told her. "They will provide physical training; I will provide mental."
And so began the training of Nadia de la Cruz in the ways of the Dark Side.
"Ya know, with the Dark side rising, things are gonna be less easy," Kala mumbled, irritated. The Dark side was getting stronger, but she tried her best to keep the Light side of the Force in her. Kala could see they were near the Underworld. "Good. We're almost here, guys."
----------------------------------------------------------
Miss Stone sat down on her chair, in the antique shop. That girl must've been close to the ghost formed lady she encountered long time ago. That's why she couldn't do anything. She looked, sadness in her eyes. "Oh, Lord.... please don't let Monica fall to the Dark side. Please. I'm getting too old and tired from all this..."
How is it I can protect her? Leon repeated the was a long pause were the coldness of the darkside began to fill his head...
It has already began you shall protect her from the dark side but you your self will be corrupted by whatever dark forces attack her... The voice hissed then there was silence, Leon wasn't sure weather the voice ad just been his own thought or... could have been Tulak?
" Are we nearly there?"
Kala glanced back at Leon, and smiled. "Almost." She turned her head back ahead. Indeed, they were almost there. She could feel the Dark side, almost surging though. Kala sighed.
"Man, there's gotta be a way to stop the Dark side. But I know this: If we work together as a team... any thing is possible." She turned to the others. "Just because we're kids, doesn't mean that we can't accomplish anything. But if we put our heart and mind to it... we can. Remember that." Kala smiled. "Wow. Never talked like that before."
Monica didn't say a word, but nodded. She looked down, thinking of what the future may be for the Jedi... and the galaxy.
Rueben smiled, for some reason he felt confident... that and the Darkside had already began to recede as they neared the bottomless pits of the Underworld.
The hair on the back of Rueben's neck stood up.
"Someone is coming... hide... don't let anyone see you." Rueben said. "If we can avoid battle the better."
He disappeared, melting into the surrounding features of Courscant.
Leon quicly jumped into the shadows of the street his lightsaber ready whoever it was if they wnated a fight they'd get one.
Kala hid with the others as well. "I just hate it when people around here look for a fight. It's just annoying." She turned to the others. "If anything happens, ready your lightsabers. This might be your first test." Kala glanced at Rueben. "Do ya think they're thugs?"
Monica didn't really like fighting with thugs. In fact, she never fought one before! Fear was rushing through her, but then she began to restrain herself from it. Monica knew she had to have courage.
"Naw I doubt it..." Rueben said. "It feels more like a Sith. Sorry for the bad news... let me handle him if he attempts to do anything... I know he can feel us, but he is just an initiate, so he may not know where we are."
His grip on his lightsaber strengthened... he thought that if he kept holding it like that it might break, so he loosened his grip.
Kala placed a gentle hand on his shoulder. "If anything happens to you, Shan... I'm there for you. We're all there for you." She gave him a warm smile. Kala's friendship with Rueben grew strong, as did her feelings towards him.
She looked ahead, seeing if any Sith would jump up from anywhere. If the Sith did show up, Kala would be ready.
Darrick stood behind Rueben and Monica, "Monica, I'm there for you." He looked up and noticed a strange man but couldn't see his shadowed face inside the dark hood. "Is that him?"
((Since I seem to be playing the Sithy side of things, I may as well take this guy too... have an idea to run with on him. ;) ))
"It is rare for Sith and Jedi to meet for nothing more than speech," the stranger in the dark cloak called, coming out of the shadows. He kept the cloak wrapped tightly around him so his facial features could not be determined. "But now, it is necessary. Do not grow restless. I am nothing more than a Sith Seer."
He moved forward until he stood about two meters away from Monica and her companions. With a thin, white finger, he pointed to Monica.
"You are someone special," he said slowly. "And for that, you are the greatest threat known to the Sith in this age. But I have foreseen your doom. For another was chosen..." His voice trailed off and he cocked his head to one side.
"I will not say chosen," he went on finally. "But she was hidden away for her life was reserved by the Dark Side for the Great Purpose. She trains even now for the day when you will fight. As I am merely a Seer, I have no true side in this, though I have touched more Dark than Light. Therefore, I have a warning for you."
He withdrew his cloak, leaving himself standing plainly visible, dressed in pure black cloth. His eyes were pure white and his hair was glistening silver.
"Beware, Monica Blair," he whispered, his words penetrating every fiber of Monica's being. "The training of Nadia de la Cruz will be far quicker than yours in the light. She grasps by instinct the very basic principles of the Dark Side. She will be ready far sooner than you can ever hope to be."
Holding up a hand to prevent any comments from Monica or her companions, he went on, "But there is hope for you yet. Just as your greatest ally is the locket around your neck, so Nadia's source of power is the pendant she wears around hers. Split the power from the girl and she will fall."
He turned away, gathering his cloak from the ground and, in parting said, "But I warn you, Monica Blair. That pendant around Nadia's neck will not be easily removed. It wants an outlet for its power and in Nadia it has found exactly that. The bond between them will not be easily broken."
Nodding slowly, he walked away, nothing further said.
- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
"Try harder!" Nadia's mother shrieked. Slowly, Nadia picked herself off the ground after what seemed like the zillionth time she'd been thrown there by one of her seven 'trainers'. "Your mind and body are strong, Nadia. But you must combine them. Use the Force, use your body, torture their minds. They are nothing to you."
The rage had been building up gradually within Nadia, for every time she failed, her mother had an insult waiting. And as she hesitated, her mother came up with yet another insult.
"You filthy little scrap heap of untapped power!" she screamed in what could have been a mixed insult and compliment. "You're worthless if you can't fuse every part of your power into one full scale burst.
"Enough!" Nadia screamed, thrusting her arms out to either side. All seven trainers went flying, slamming into the walls around them. Slowly, Nadia moved forward, ignoring what she had just done and approaching the apparition of her mother.
"You are nothing," she snapped. The ghostlike image of her mother flickered and took a step back. "You allowed yourself to be killed and bound to a single place in all the universe. You lost contact with me because you couldn't bind the pendant to me with enough force. You need me."
"The Sith need you, yes," her mother agreed, a little panicked.
"I said you," Nadia snarled. "Thing is though... I don't need you."
"You've only been training for a few hours!" her mother protested. "I have so much I can still teach you."
"No," Nadia answered shortly. "For as soon as I do this..."
She stretched out a hand in her mother's direction and the ghostly apparition that was her mother began to stretch and skew. An inhuman, ear-piercing scream of agony echoed through the cave system. When Nadia dropped her hand, the scream faded and her mother's image seemed to stabilize, but then she fell to her knees.
"I have all your knowledge," she said. "In essence, I have become what you never could, even with all your knowledge of the Dark Side."
"Nadia, forgive me," her mother pleaded. "I have been foolish and..."
"Yes, you have," Nadia interrupted. "Now die a fool and have no peace in death."
The look of complete fear on her mother's face just before she faded to nothingness brought a cruel grin to Nadia's lips.
- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
From the shadows not far from Monica's group, a shriek sounded and the Seer staggered back toward them "I am a fool!" he cried. "Nadia's training is complete! Soon, she will rule all the Sith."
The look of pure terror on his face was amplified by the fact that his eyes had faded from pure whiteness. Now, they were normal, brown, human eyes. He fell to his knees before Monica.
"Monica Blair," he whispered. "If ever this galaxy had a hope for survival... that hope is you..."
And with that, he convulsed and collapsed. Only a few seconds later, with a deafening shriek, the Seer perished, his heart stopped by the sheer evil he had seen would occur if Monica could not stop Nadia.
Monica looked at Darrick. "Thanks, Darrick." She smiled.
(With the Man)
Monica began to panic and cry. Hearing what the man said and seeing him die made her more afraid. "But... but I'm just a high school student, not a hero! I... I don't even know how to destroy the Sith!" She began to panic some more.
"This must be a dream! Wake up, Monica! Wake up!" She fell on the ground, crying. "Please... wake up." Tears fell from her eyes, as she bowed her head and closed her sad eyes. If Monica had to save the galaxy... she'd need all the training she could get to stop this Nadia person.
Leon ran to Monicas side trying to comfort her stop her crying.
"You'll be okay You'll show that Nadia!" He said rocking Monica tears begining to for in his eyes. Leon rose looking over to the now dead seer and began to aproach him some kind of force pushing him forward.
He looked over the mans walking crumpled body a look of pure shock on the man white face Leon lifted his sleeve revealing the obsidian black bracelet he had been given by Tulak.
Touch his face The Sith lord said as Leon let his fingers fall upon the man seye lids he closed them and after that one moment every thing changed Leon felt hois head begin to be filled with great knowledge the woman Nadia before him... Monica on the floor so close to death and then Leon saw himself jumping forward... Taking the blow that should have ended Monicas life...
"This is your destiny..." The voice of an old man said.
" But how you get to this point is not set in stone," The voice said now louder. Leon turned to face the old man he wore the grye robes of the Grey Jedi.
" Who... Who are you." Leon said walking towards the figure.
" My name... My name is not important and you you are my son the child born from me Revan said that you would be needed elsewhere and so I agreed to your sending to a different galaxy... " The figure said.
" Wha... What thats not possible my mum and dad are back on earth..." Leon said he paused and looked at his father.
" I was adopted..." he said he looking back to where his father had been but found him self lieing on the floor the others near him.
(feel free to post what happen in between me spacing out)
Jeremy came up from the basement of the antique store, rubbing heavy eyelids he grumbled to himself while scratching his head.
He came into the main store, looking around with a weary look on his face he kept surveying until he saw Miss Stone, he approached her, when he got closer he could see something had upset her.
Crouching down until he was eye level with her he took off his sunglasses, staring the old woman in the eyes, his own eyes traced with concern.
"Is everything alright ma'am, has something happened, did someone hurt you, or did someone take something?" He questioned in slow rapidity.
Miss Stone looked up at Jeremy with sadness in her eyes. "No. I'm fine, sweetie. It's just that..." She looked at the broken vase. "A young woman, dressed in black... took a black pendant I hid long time ago." Miss Stone turned back to Jeremy.
"The galaxy is now depending on Monica. She has to save it, before it's too late!"
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Monica ran to Leon, who was lying on the floor. She touched his chest. He was still alive. "He's okay! Leon? Leon, are you all right?" In her mind, she knew that they needed someone else they could trust... from Earth. Miss Stone was getting too old for her age, and she couldn't see her mom getting upset at her.
So the only person she thought of was... Jeremy. Monica stood up. "You guys help Leon! I'll be back." She opened her golden locket and said the Jedi Code.
There is no Emotion, there is Peace.
There is no Ignorance, there is Knowledge.
There is no Passion, there is Serenity.
There is no Chaos, there is Harmony.
There is no Death, there is the Force.
As she flew through the blue light flares that past her, she landed right in front of the Antique shop. Monica got in, and saw Jeremy and Miss Stone. Miss Stone looked kind of upset. "Miss Stone? JJ?"
Jeremy looked up giving Monica a quick smile, then he turned back to Miss Stone.
"Well, I don't know what saving the galaxy's got to do with anything, whether Monica has to or not, but she's right over there," he said pointing at Monica. "But personally I don't like thieves, so here's what I'm going to do, I'll call the police, and tell them what happened, after that, I'll let Monica look after you until they come. As for me, I'm going to head out, see if I can find this 'black dressed woman'," he told Miss Stone, replacing his sunglasses and turning to Monica.
"I think something happened, because Miss Stone's acting kind of weird, in shock maybe, but I'll need you to watch her while I go out," he told Monica, and before she could respond he was off into the basement.
After some time he came back out, wrapped around his body was his usual chain, and hidden under his coat were his brass knuckles and his revolver.
"The cops have been notified, they're on there way," he said to them both. He started for the door.
Before Jeremy went out the door, Monica caught him by the arm. "Wait a minute, JJ..." She looked into his eyes. "Now I know this might sound carzy, but... Miss Stone's telling the truth. The woman who stole that pendant must be in the Star Wars Galaxy already. We need to stop her before the Sith take over all the galaxy. Even here. That's why I came to you."
She sighed. "This locket... let's me go to the Star Wars Galaxy, when I say the Jedi Code." Monica noticed that she still had the lightsaber in her bag. She took it out and stepped a few feet away from Jeremy. "Watch." When Monica pressed the red button, a purple light blade came to life from the lightsaber.
Miss Stone, who sat on a chair, looked at it wide eyed. "Well I'll be."
( just so you know I changed my post where I meet my father because I realised it didn't fit in with what I wanted to do )
The Assassin glanced at the magnificients of the super weapon in the chamber.
The Yuuzhan Vong Warlord was kind enough to let the Assassin observe the fine piece of machinery.
"With this, Coruscant will be destroyed!" he rubbed his hand over the Bomb. "Very soon..."
((Okay. That's cool, ExiledFish. :) ))
Kala held the fainted Leon on her lap, both of them on the ground. She looked at the others. "I'm gonna do a Healing trance on him, to see if he's all right." She closed her eyes, focusing on the Force. Kala outstrecthed her hands, and started Force healing on Leon. "This should be able to help him."
With the Dark side continuing on, Kala did her best trying to focus on the Light Side of the Force.
Leons eyes opened no longer what they had been but instead a cloudy fog of grey he looked around a strange blinding light coming from the figure above him. Everything seemed colourless apart from the group nearby.
Kala looked down at Leon and smiled, worringly. "You okay, kid?" She asked. She felt old when she called him "kid". But no matter. Kala wanted to make sure if he was all right.
"I... I... I can't see anything in colour apart from you guys but you... your diferent your all blue. Everythign else is grey..." Leon said he pushed himself up from the floor.
" What ever happens I'm fed up of falling to the floor..."
Kala looked confused. "Wait a sec? So... you can't see anything?" She heard what kind of eye sight this was... it probably was Force Sight. If you're a Light side of the Force person, you see people in blue. Everything else would probably be grey.
"I don't know if I'm right but... I think you have Force Sight."
-----------------------------------------------------------
As Monica, placed her lightsaber back in the bag, she looked at Jeremy, with concerned eyes. "Will you help me, on saving the galaxy? I have to return to the Star Wars Galaxy, before it's too late." She strecthed out her hand towards Jeremy. "Please."
"The last thing I remember is touching the dead seers eyes..." Leon said he looked around once again noting the fact that different people were different shades of blue. And then he spotted it the figure that was Tulak in the corner of his eye bright red... walking into the shadows.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Miss Stone looked at Jeremy and Monica. This could be an opportunity for them to help each other and others in the galaxy. Miss Stone seen too much during the year 2004. Ghost people, powerful jewerly... the Force. Everything seemed too real.
She continued to look at Jeremy, then nodded. "Go ahead, sweetheart. I'll be fine here by myself." She gave the young man a warm smile.
Jeremy was confused, shocked, and feeling less and less sane at he moment. He didn't know how Monica had duplicated a lightsaber, but from his position it seemed more real than any duplicate he'd seen.
As Miss Stone told him she'd be fine Jeremy just sighed in resignation, he wasn't going to fight this whole ordeal, for all he knew he could still be sleeping in the basement.
"Fine...I'll, 'help' you," Jeremy said to Monica with great skepticism.
Monica grew happy. She hugged him, and kissed him on the cheek. When they held their hands together, Monica opened the locket.
There is no Emotion, there is Peace.
There is no Ignorance, there is Knowledge.
There is no Passion, there is Serenity.
There is no Chaos, there is Harmony.
There is no Death, there is the Force.
Both Monica and Jeremy flew through the blue flares of light that resembled stars. Finally, they were back in Coruscant, where the others were waiting at. Monica turned to Jeremy, smiling. "So... what'cha think?"
Leon walked around drawing in his surroundings. Things seemed different he felt different he had been blessed though he considered this Force Sight a possible curse maybe it would help him in his training. Maybe this was how a Jedi could truly see the world as it is... Leon didn't know but he felt happy and sad about his new ability. Suddenly Monica appeared Jeremy beside her.
" Monica... your back," Leon said then looked at Jeremy noting Jeremys light blue aura.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
( Just gotta run two other characters for a few posts as well as Leon)
"Ahhh... it begins," The women said watching the group.
"Soon Monica must fight the born again sith lord but she will need help... great help from the one they call Leon..."
Turning the Women walked into the shadows closely followed by another figure.
" But mistress... this... Leon you said he is the Son of the Exile?" The figure said. They both paused keeping to the shadows hidden from the small group of sith who had just entered the area.
We have been followed I knew it was to risky The Women spoke through the force to her handmaiden the waited until the group were completely in the darkness... And then they struck. Cutting down each of the sith apprentices in a flurry of Echani strikes.
" Maybe so but the Exile told us to follow Leon where ever he went,"Atton said brushing down his robes.
" That is true but maybe Visa should have come for Leon has had Force Sight bestowed upon him," Bryana said. Both looked at each other then fled disappearing into the darkness of Coruscants streets.
"And so it begins..." Rueben said. "Courscant will soon fall... we must leave... it is becoming about as bleak as Korriban..."
Wait... I feel as if Revan is... Revan is here?
"Stay here... I'll be back." Rueben said, and walked to a dark alley nearby.
Kala watched Rueben walk into a dark alley. He must've sensed something... or someone. She wished that she could aid him, but then again... he'd be fine. Kala turned to Monica, and walked to her. "Hey, Monica! You're back!" She turned to see a young man with dirty blonde hair and trench coat. "And whose this?"
Monica smiled at Leon, Kala, and the others. "It's good to see you guys again too. Oh, this is Jeremy, from Earth. You can call him JJ if ya like." Kala shook Jeremy's hand. "Nice to meet you." Monica noticed something different about Leon. "Hey, Leon? You okay? You seem... different."
Han looked at the bartendar. "A hit of Juma, please!"
This constant drinking was likely to give Han a bad liver, but chose to live life. He was in a Cantina down in the Underworld. What he was doing there was none of your concern.
He heard two thugs next to him speaking in whisper. Han couldn't help but listen in...
"I here there are kids and jedi roaming the area down here!"
"How dare they tresspass on our territory! Trespassers die pretty quick down here!"
"Then I say we take care of them!" they walked out of the Cantina.
Oh boy! Likely those kids he picked up from Korriban. And the Jedi were likely to be Rueban and Kala. He had to stop those thugs before they got to the group!
He ran out, blaster in hand!
Kala paced back and forth, waiting on Rueben. "Oh... what could he be doing? I should've gone with him." Monica noticed that Kala looked a bit worried about Rueben. She came next to the young woman, and calmed her down. "Don't worry, Kala. I'm sure my cousin won't be that long. I promise." She gave Kala a smile of comfort. Kala smiled back.
--------------------------------------------------------
Miss Stone began to talk with the police, when they came to investigate and ask questions in the Antique Store. After the cheif was done asking her questions, Miss Stone looked out the window and to the sky. Monica was the hope to save the galaxy, along with her friends. A hope for the future...
Leon shrugged ripping a strip of cloth from the bottom of his shirt he rapped it round his head finding that he could still see.
" I don't know but since i touch that guy I've had this Force Sight," He said walking over to Monica.
" Maybe we should go after Ruben,"
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Atton took another hit of Juma Juice listening to the going ons of the Cantina everything seemed normal par the Thugs in the corner talking about Jedi... It sounded like Leon was going to be in jumping up Atton pulled his old republic blaster from his belt and unknowingly followed Han after the thugs...
Rueben slowly walked out of the alley, looking as if he'd seen a ghost... which he had... the ghost of his grandfather, Revan. He slowly scanned over the group and saw the new "recruit".
"And who might you be?" Rueben asked. "I'm Rueben Shan, grandson of Jedi Masters Revan and Bastila Shan."
He felt a change inside of him. The Lightside of the Force was growing stronger in him and the others, except for one, darkness was coming from his body.
Monica thought about it for a moment. But before she could answer Leon, Rueben came out the alley. "Hey! There he is. He kinda looks... surprised by something." She ran beside Rueben and placed a gentle hand on his shoulder. "Hey, coz. You okay?"
Kala ran by Rueben as well. She sensed that the Light Side was growing strong in him. It was also strengthening her as well. Kala placed her hand in his hand, and smiled.
As the two held hands, suddenly a blast rang down the alley hitting Darrick on the back of his left hand. He yelled out in pain as he looked to see who shot him. A Rodian and a Human were standing a few yards from them. "We don't like jedi and kids freroaming down here, you might not live long."
"Yeah so come back where you came from or the kid will get it again."
Darrick yelled out, "Noooo. Don't do it. We won't come down here anymore."
(BTW, its the two thugs Han and Atton are chasing!)
Monica ran to Darrick, holding him to protect him. "Leave him alone! Darrick, don't worry. I'm here." She tore a piece of cloth from her shirt, and wrapped it around his wounded hand. Monica looked into Darrick's eyes and placed a hand on his face.
Kala ignited her green bladed lightsaber. "Greetings, gentlemen. I'm Jedi Knight Kala. As you have known, you've shot an innocent kid on the hand. And for that... you'll have to pay the price." She pointed her lightsaber at the two scums in front of her, while she was gaurding the others.
Han krept up behind the thugs from out of the darkness of an alleyway. He pulled out his Blaster Pistol and held it at the back of the Rodian's skull.
"That's right! You listen to the lady!" he smiled. "Or she is gonna have to gash you from your own belly buttons!"
He hit the blaster pistol against the Rodian's skull, which knocked him out cold. He pointed the Blaster directly at the other thug.
