This was a bit long but it was nessesary, you can if you want put extra info like Age, Weight, or species, by the way my character is human just to clear that up. There are four main character slots I need filled with two optional, if you want to know who they are check my RP (the characters are explained near the bottom of the story post, if you dont want to read the whole thing!) . Now if you're wondering, what's my RP, it's Blood Band Brothers, if you want to know the story, go to the thread i just mentioned. All I can say is it's an alternate universe and things are flip-flopped of sorts. Patience. Maybe some people aren't interested or just don't have time to join. I remember when I started writing Fanfics, nobody would reply to me for ages. In time someone will join. I might join if I get bored.

1) I have never done an online RP before. Been thinking about trying it out but haven't made the decision to actually do it yet. So I browse around sometimes checking the different RP's out to see what they're like.
2) After reading your character's profile I think this particular RP is poised for... how shall I say... a great deal of customization that I wouldn't be all that interested in. Keep in mind that I'm 34 years old so my tastes have "matured" since my teenie-bopper years. :p

Wow... someone doesn't seem to realise that the Roleplaying boards here aren't very active... there are only a handful of players that tend to stick around for an entire story - if the writer themself doesn't drop out. Mostly people like FFWM, Jasra, Tysy, Steven, WJ, etc.

Don't take it personally. Most RPs posted here get a few players, but half of the players stop posting, and the thread dies. It's just a lack of patience. People don't seem to realise that all stories start out slow. People also may view the RP, and see that someone else has made a character too similar to one they had in mind - I know it's happened to me before.

OK. So I read the main thread for this RP and I'm not sure if I understand all the details. Maybe if you make a suggestion for what character I can play, give me something to start with, then I'll flesh it out with what I want.

It's hard to understand that as well, aspecially when I'm trying to perfect my wording and story to my other thread! As for main characters you can be Vader, the Matukei Leader(you have free range of his name) , Thor Trooper zz95202 (Thor is his name) , and Huntsman Kadash (this is a title name you can give Kadash a 'real' name if you want!) . There are also two optional main characters seven year old Leia in training (jedi training) , and ARC Trooper Omega (you can give him a name too) . Those are the main characters needed, if you want to be a random character then I'll have to explain a little more if you want me to. If you want to know more about these characters go to the Blood Band Brothers thread and look through the ending paragraph of the story to get an explanation for each! Hope this helped in some way. :)

So the BBB: Recruitment thread is for a different RP than Band of Blood Brothers? I think I'm really confused now.

Like I said, I've never participated in online RP before and many moons have passed since my last pen-and-paper RP. What I'm trying to do is figure out what the story setting is and come up with a character to fit with that. Since I'm not real familiar with the story I hoped you would give me some suggestions or if you had a character in mind that you wanted someone to play I could do that. If you want to be a character then read the story line, if you want to be a main character after reading the story o.k. I'll help you after that :) . But if you still wanna be a minor yet important (you'll be important because you'll be interacting with major characters more than imaginary minor characters will be, got it?) character then tell me and I'll help you in making one-actually as a matter of fact I'll help you right now even! 1) I'm not sure how well I know the game setting. You've switched things up so much from the original Star Wars chronology that I'm not sure who is what and what is who. But I'll just go with the flow and see how things row.

2) What if played the optional role of ARC Trooper Omega? I'm not interested in playing Vader, Huntsman Kadash, or Thor Trooper zz95202 (especially him since you make it sound like there is a romantic potential between him and Leia). I don't know what the Matukei Leader role is all about though so if you have more details on that then I'll consider it.

Romantic potential....LOL, hahaha, sorry, no I wasnt laughing at you, I was thinking about the thought of a seven year old having a romance with a 24 year old soldier, not gonna happen! (unless he's sick and twisted! :( ) She dosnt [am I spelling dosnt right?] have anyone her age onboard, so she makes friends with the nicer people/soldiers on board, and she's come to like Thor more than other soldiers, that's all. But I dont think you should be her either :) ! As for the storyline....it's allright if you dont fully understand it.
The Matukei are a Force adept race and religion that is bent on perfecting mind and body syncronys, meaning they center their force powers around being in tune with high physical status (they're really buff in other words, and focus on keeping their Force abilities centered around martial or melee stuff, ect.) . The Leader is just that, the leader, he's head cheif of all tribes and is the strongest Matukei, and has seen the most battles [this dosnt mean he's old!] . Hope that clears things up a bit! Oh he also has command of a few Matukei type vessels, meaning he also has partial command of the fleet! the number has yet to be determined.
As for being ARC Trooper Omega it's up to you, if you wanna be him, good, if you decide to be the Matukei Leader, good, if you wanna be a random character, also good! It's your choose! Thank You again....again!

He managed to survive and even save a few Jedi. He linked up with the Republic Empire fleet and is now a General for land assaults. If you asked a Jedi about him, they would say he is too aggressive in combat, suicidel since he is the first one into battle, , and cares about the clones too much. If you asked his troopers about him, they would say that he has an excellant prowness in combat, leads his troops into battle as he should unlike those pompous Generals who sit nice and cozy in their command ships or post on land, and cares about his troops as a Generals should, making sure to send them on missions that actually are survivable and not to send them on suicide missions, unlike those Generals who think of Clones as machines and not people.

All that really happened was I misquoted the original title of the RP thread. I thought it already was Band of Blood Brothers instead of Blood Brothers Band. However if you want to change the thread title you'll need to PM a moderator like RedHawke or stingerhs to do it for you since you won't be able to do it yourself.

You could pilot a Dreadnaught (http://massassi.yavin4.com/sw/ac_dread.htm), or a Bulk Cruiser (http://swnr.themaw.net/images/screenshots/screenshot_030.jpg), and there's a carrack light battle cruiser but I couldn't find any screenshots. You'll have to use you're exceptional research skills for that ship, I'm still looking for some corvette and gunboats that might suit you. You could say that you're Matukai are a large group and are able to pilot a small fleet of capital ships, :) just an idea! :whtsmile:

Asterics = The ship is not able to be chosen, either because it's too big or powerful, or dosnt exist in my RP yet.

Plus [+] = These are Frigate Escort, they're too small to be chosen, but if you wish to pilot one, then by all meens, just ask first. Plus Frigates are for protecting Cap.'s, so they're chosen for other reasons.

Dollar [$] = It meens I spliced either a pictureless ship name with a nameless ship picture, or vice-versa. Or I put my desired name-made up-with a ship picture. Or I accidentilly put the name of one ship on another (or switched two ship names around) -oops, it was rare though, and I didnt feel like fixing it.

I would like the Revenge Class Heavy Carrier Star Destroyer (because it looks like it can carry a lot of troops) as my flag ship after this battle called The Remembrance, and two Immobiliser Class Star Destroyer frigate escorts called The Silence and The Mercyful.

@ RC 1162, are you going to keep the 'Matador'? Or are you gonna have another V-2 Frigate? You get two frigates, remember, it's your choose though, just name your second frigate if you dont want the 'Matador'.

Oh yeah, referring to the Dark Troopers, the ones on board at the moment are the real Dark Troopers, not the Battlefront Dark Troopers. There are four versions, and they'll all most likely show up on the RP.

Dark Trooper Phase 1-they have arm mounted shield, and huge vibro blade, they're remote controled or AI-Robot-programming.

Dark Trooper Phase 2-larger, more similar to common Imperial armor look, and carry huge pump action bolt case blasters, wrist mount rockets, and various other weapons, they're capable of remote or manual control or the same AI system as phase 1. The ones currently known to be on the ship we're on.

Dark Trooper Phase 3-as tall as AT-ST's and carry wrist mounted rockets, chain gun on the other, smaller version of phase 1's vibroblade, and alot of other weapons, are fully manual, they are rare to see and are mostly meant to protect officers or protect bases and ships and are efective boarders.

Dark Trooper Infantry-These are the Battlefront versions Dark Troopers, I'm not puting an explanation up because you all probaly know what they do and look like.

Bio: Jynn was not born on Tatooine, but brought there when she was still under a year of age. Her parents were subsequently killed by Tusken Raiders. Former Jedi Master Kai Lin arrived just in time to save her life, then raised her, trying to teach her the ways of the Force in a more subtle manner than she would have learned at the Jedi Temple.

After Kai Lin was murdered by his former apprentice Xendek, Jynn became the unofficial Padawan of another Jedi, Kante Rhun. They ran into Xendek on several occasions, but never managed to detain or destroy him. Xendek went into hiding after their third encounter, and has not been seen since.

After their final encounter with Xendek, Kante Rhun took Jynn back to the Temple and petitioned for her to become his Padawan. The Jedi council agreed, based on the fact that she had already started training with Kai Lin, and it was better to continue training her in the Light Side, instead of letting her wander aimlessly. Jynn subsequently passed the trials and became a Jedi Knight.

Jynn has been roaming the galaxy ever since Kante Rhun was believed killed during Order 66.
