I merged this thread with the screenshot thread in General Discussion. Basically, make sure you're logged into the computer with whatever username you play EaW under, then look around your My Documents folder for the screenshots....  [Read More]

I belive you are talking about the Stormtrooper Commandos that were in Zahn's Thrawn trilogy, no? It would be sort of hard to have a real image of them since they were never in the movies....  [Read More]

It took me 13 hours to download it off of filefront before, and that's with a cable connection. I think the wall prices should be 75 a section. That will allow dwarves at least a chance. The add ons to the walls can stay the same prices....  [Read More]

I agree that walls are way too expensive to be of any use, especially when the goblins can just climb right over. And holy crap, some of these powers are insanely powerful. The earthquake can demolish most of the enemy buildings and knock off all th...  [Read More]

I thought the first one was more of a Hero RTS than anything else. Sure there were other units around, but when push came to shove, the heroes and powers won the battle. In that sense, I thought it was awesome. But as an RTS with full scale armies cl...  [Read More]
In the books, Thrawn's Star Destroyer was taking a beating, a section of his shields went out. So the good admiral blew off all the turbolaser batteries of a frigate and used the tractor beam to pull the ship into the hole without the shield. Instant...  [Read More]

I personally have had bad experiences with ATI, although I'm sure it's just my bad luck rather than the quality of the cards itself. For the money, I found the GeForce 6600GT 128MB was the best value for the power it gives you. I bought mine from New...  [Read More]

In the demo, time was sped up to make it as fast and furious as possible. In the full game, ships will auto repair, but it will take significantly longer. If you retreat with your ships damanged, and then immediately turn around and battle with them...  [Read More]

Yeah, I was surpised by the Imperial blitz too. They took out my entire initial force except for Chewie, who was able to hook up with the civilians on the planet and capture some reinforcement points. Artillery is my new best friend.:D Boba Fett scar...  [Read More]

I do like how your groups of units will stay together when they move. Also, for the Han and Chewie thing, I believe they're on a timer. If you look up in the top right hand part of the screen, you'll see them recharging before they can rejoin your f...  [Read More]

I agree with the earlier comment about the fighters just sitting around after destroying a TIE squadron. Bombers should automatically attack the nearest cap ship/station, with fighters attacking the nearest fighter squadron. That would cut down on mi...  [Read More]

36 does seem to be a bit much to take out a sissy AT-ST. If it was an AT-AT, I would think it should take about 50 hits from a group of plex troops. For an AT-ST, probobly 8-10 would be good enough for me....  [Read More]

A lot of the planets aren't critical to the SW universe if you're looking just at the movies. There wouldn't be any need for the majority of them. Compared to those, at least Dagobah is in the films....  [Read More]

Katarn was only a mercenary in this time period, so it makes sense that he wouldn't be considered a jedi, but he's still powerful enough to be a hero. When did Jade become the Emperor's hand anyway? It still makes sense that she isn't a jedi. She ma...  [Read More]

I like the idea of the heroes just being wounded and fleeing. It seems in keeping with Star Wars lore. Luke is injured, but escapes, Obi-wan escapes or is rescued plenty of times in the prequel era, etc....  [Read More]

It's been a while since I've played Rebellion/Supremacy, but I never saw Vader or the Emperor killed off. Ever. We have to keep in mind the game allows you to change Star Wars history. Presumably, for the Alliance, this means Obi-wan doesn't have to...  [Read More]

I believe there should be different classes of "hero". For instance, main charaters that appear in the movies, a la Vader, Luke, and the like should be respawnable, but not in the same battle. This just goes along with the nature of heroes...  [Read More]

It's a pretty good Vader voice methinks. I wonder if it is the same guy LucasArts always uses to do his voice or someone different? Maybe the galaxy map can be zoomed in or out to make it look like more space between the planets? I dunno. And the T...  [Read More]
