If you use an ASE model you dont have the 1024 limitation just a vertex limit around 4500. IF you hit this limit just break the map apart and connect it again in gtk.:)...  [Read More]
The limitation is the "max.viewable distance" anyway in the q3 TAengine but with the use of fog, distance cull + antiportal you can do some great outdoor maps. You also can model now whole maps in 3dmax and import them in GTK as an ASE....  [Read More]

The term "model scaling" as far as i know is refering to the "modelscale_vec xyz" entity command to scale map_models in the GTK radiant editor. But i doubt that Raven has used GTK so iґm maybe wrong....  [Read More]
