Other than the lightsaber, the only weapons I can se a Jedi using are either particular to that Jedi's culture (in Tales of the Jedi, there's an awesome scene of A Jedi [Odan-Urr, IIRC] gutting someone with a pair of small curved knives) or nonlethal...  [Read More]
