Ah-ha! Cheers for the level select. Just what I needed. Sometimes the way we play JA is take turns playin a good level-you die, pad gets passed. The level skip is a long way to get access to the best levels-I have it and I contemplated making a save...  [Read More]

Right, I've already posted a similar question on the Jedi Outcast forum, but I got my hands on Jedi Academy *VERY* recently, and I'm gonna ask this again: Is it possible to pull off the moves that your opponents do on the X Box version of Jedi Academ...  [Read More]

I'm not trying to compare the X-Wing series to the JK series in any respect, it's only an example to show how graphics can greatly improve atmosphere. If I wanted to bring the JK series into it, I would have compared the original JK with JA. Remember...  [Read More]

I agree that graphics aren't the be-all and end-all of games, but they certainly help. Compare the original X-Wing to X-Wing Alliance. Wasn't the atmosphere so much better? While I'm on the subject of atmosphere, the makers of the next game in the se...  [Read More]

I agree that the saber combat should be improved upon. In JO especially, matches tended to boil down to two people bouncing around a level trying to get the drop on each other with a heavy red attack, with the occasional saber lock occurring. Greater...  [Read More]

Rocket stormtroopers were ther one thing that bugged me first time playing through the last stages of JO though. There I was, happily prancing about, hacking a trooper here, slashing a reborn there, then *BOOM!* Oh, well...reload...and keep push ha...  [Read More]

Darth Bane: Yup, missiles can be pushed back at your aggressor. The same thing applies to those annoying concussion rifle shots, but ya gotta be quick. Megadeth: I get the feeling you're one of these people who run around on the red fighting style a...  [Read More]
